Excellent small but well managed team that are really service minded
Pros:

Nice and well managed in a quiet area. Good parking facilities. The Italian restaurant is of absolute top class and do not go away without trying this restaurant.
Nice Spa area with good sauna and a decent pool to swim in

Cons:

Maybe that you need some stairs to check in although there is an elevator available

Wenn das Zimmer gestimmt hätte, dann wäre das Hotel ohne Einschränkung sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Personal, Service, Sauberkeit tadellos, Lage am Stadtwald mit sehr gutem Freizeitangebot, Gute Museen schnell zu erreichen, gutes Angebot mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln

Cons:

Das Comfort Doppelzimmer war klein und eng, hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Das Hotel ist ein sehr gut modernisiertes älteres Hotel, aber vermutlich war die Möglichkeit, moderne große Zimmer zu schaffen nicht möglich

Sehr nettes Personal.
Schöner Spabereich.
Frühstück unschlagbar mit vielen Zutaten aus der Region.
Auch das zum Hotel gehörige Italienische Restaurant war top.

Cons:

Eine Regendusche in den Hotelzimmern wäre die einzige Ergänzung die Ich mir noch Wünschen würde.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, un excellent rapport qualité prix pour une chambre standard sans chichi. Petites bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre, petit frigo, thés,café avec une bouilloire. Moustiquaire à la fenêtre. Personnel très serviable. Petit déjeuner copieux produits de qualité. Garage à velo.

everything quite lovely
Cons:

I filtered and selected room with breakfast on my booking. The total charged by the hotel was higher than my confirmation showed. I would not have chosen this hotel at the actual price. Not sure whether booking.com or the venue are responsible for this.

Ruhiges, nettes Hotel mit sehr schönen Wellnesseinrichtungen
Pros:

Zimmer waren modern und gut ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Es gab einen Wasserkocher und Kaffee mit Zubehör, das man an der Rezeption nachbekommen konnte, wenn man die Zimmerreinigung nicht beanspruchte. Extra Handtücher für den Wellnessbereich standen in einem Korb bereit im Zimmer. Die kleine Hotelbar war gemütlich und der Barkeeper nett und kontaktfreudig. Das Hotel bot jede Menge Rückzugsmöglichkeiten zum Lesen, Unterhalten oder auch schlicht Ruhen (z.B. im Wellnessbereich). Parkgebühr betrug 8 Euro/Tag, was gegen Parkplätze in der Stadt sehr günstig ist. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle für die Linie 22, mit welcher man 2 Haltestellen weiter in die Tram Nr. 9 umsteigen kann, die einen direkt in die Altstadt bringt. Wir brauchten unser Auto 3 Tage lang nicht.

Cons:

Das Bad war etwas klein und ungünstig vom Layout her. Im Zimmer befand sich keinerlei Information bezüglich irgendwelcher Regelungen, wie das bei den meisten Hotels der Fall ist, z.B. Öffnungszeiten des Pools, etc. Man mußte sich jede Kleinigkeit an der Rezeption erfragen, wo man freundliche Auskunft erhielt, doch wir fanden den Umstand an sich etwas nervig. Statt des hübschen Bilderbuchs im Zimmer, das jedoch keinerlei konkrete Infos enthielt, hätten wir uns einen Flyer oder eine Broschüre mit den gängigsten Informationen gewünscht (z.B. dass man an der Rezeption Bademäntel für den Gang zum Wellnessbereich erhalten kann - warum diese nicht gleich im Zimmer zur Verfügung stellen?).

Das einzige positive über diese Unterkunft ist die Lage und dass SPA

Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Vom Checkin bis zu dem Zeitpunkt, wo uns ein Schlüssel gegeben worden ist, wo bereits Gäste drinne waren mitten in der Nacht ganze hin und her, dass wir erst um drei von 1:00 Uhr bis 3:00 Uhr morgens gedauert hat, bis wir einschicken konnten. Todesposchmühle bis zu dem Punkt, dass wir am Ende dann noch eine Rechnung bekommen haben, weil angeblich jetzt immer geraucht haben, was nicht so war, weil unser letztes Zimmer, dass wir danach gewechselt haben, war einfach nicht gesäubert worden. Aber wir hatten einfach keine Kraft mehr das zu melden um 3:00 Uhr morgens.
