Bijzonder mooie ervaring in het palazzo van een edelman te verblijven. Midden in de historische stad

prachtige kamer, was weliswaar een aangeboden upgrade. Uitstekend ontbijt. Goede parkeerservice.

Stanza enorme in palazzo d'epoca con altissimi soffitti e porticati in ogni piano. Atmosfera da sogno, sembrava di vivere in un'altra epoca... L'albergo è proprio in centro con possibilità di affidare la macchina alla reception e farsela riportare al bisogno.
La colazione era ottima sia salata che dolce, soprattutto la torta al cioccolato era buonissima

Posizione centralissima. staff giovane e molto professionale nell’accogliere l’ospite e consigliarlo in tutto, dai parcheggi vicini alla storia del Palazzo. Colazione molto buona e con ottimi prodotti

Il Palazzo storico avrebbe grandi potenzialità. Abbiamo capito che la proprietà è del Comune, manca assolutamente la manutenzione. Struttura da rivedere soprattutto nei servizi: ascensore che faceva molto rumore, camere con letti che cigolano, e soprattutto (non avevo letto le recensioni già presenti) sistema di scarico dei bagni da rifare completamente. Penso sia un sistema di wc chimico rumorosissimo.

La ubicación, perfecto para visitar la ciudad y un buen desayuno

Cons:

El absoluto abandono del edificio y las instalaciones.
En cuanto al edificio, un precioso palacio rehabilitación hace unos años, las paredes están desconchadas, maceteros con las plantas secas, verdín por las paredes y los patios escaleras sucias, etc
Por lo que se refiere a la habitación, grande y con una cómoda cama de matrimonio extragrande, los muebles están rotos, el cajón del armario se nos quedó en las manos, la mesa donde estaba el televisor y la mini nevera se movía para todas partes a punto de deshacerse.
El armario estaba separado de la pared porque detrás de el había un depósito de plástico donde se recogian las aguas del aire acondicionado
El baño correcto pero el lavabo estaba roto y las guarniciones de las puertas desprendidas.
Algo que nos sorprendió gratamente, en estas circunstancias, es que estaba limpio.

Die Lage des Palazzo inmitten der Altstadt ist hervorragend; die Sehenswürigkeiten also gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit (z.B. bzgl. der Auto-Registrierung im Hotel für die verkehrsberuhigte "ZTL"). Der (kostenpflichtige) Parkplatz ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Unser geräumiges Zimmer war im 3. Stock. Da der Aufzug nur bis zum 2. Stock fährt, mussten wir einige Stufen empor steigen. War kein Problem; sollte man bei Bedarf aber wissen. Das zeitige Frühstück (ab 7:30 Uhr) war sehr gut und kam uns bezüglich der Weiterreise sehr entgegen. Ascoli Piceno ist ein absolut lohnenswerter Abstecher von der "klassischen" Adria-Route.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Alles hat bestens geklappt! Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft lag sehr zentral. Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.
