Pros:

Al nostro arrivo ci hanno comunicato che l'impianto di condizionamento della struttura era guasto (in quei giorni la temperatura era sui 38°) ma prontamente lo staff ci ha proposto di soggiornare in un altra struttura (appartamento) nelle vicinanze di loro proprietà. Appartamento bello con tutto il necessario compreso di angolo cottura a 5 min a piedi dal centro e soprattutto con aria condizionata. Un grande grazie allo staff per la sistemazione alternativa che ha reso bellissimo il nostro soggiorno in questa città.

Buena ubicación, limpio y acogedor.
Pros:

Habitación limpia y cómoda. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de todos los lugares y a la vez tranquilo y acogedor. Buena relación calidad precio.

Cons:

Quizás el desayuno un poco justito

Pros:

Même si nous n'avons jamais vu l'hôtel pour cause de panne générale de la climatisation , ils nous ont mis à disposition un appartement de haute qualité pour assumer le fait qu'ils ne pouvaient pas nous recevoir.

Cons:

De ne pas avoir eu accès à la piscine et au petit déjeuner

Pros:

Del hotel solo conocimos la recepción y zona de desayuno, al llegar se habia descompuesto el aire acondicionado central y nos ofrecieron alojarnos en un apto estudio a unas cuadras de allí. En un edificio reformado, muy nuevo, muy cómodo.

La ubicación es estupenda. Y las instalaciones

Cons:

Tenía roto el aire acondicionado en Sevilla.
Nos comunicaron al hacer el check in que estaba fastidiado el aire acondicionado y que teníamos que buscarnos la vida si queríamos otro hotel que lo entendían perfectamente.
Podían haber avisado antes para no realizar el checkin y poder disfrutar en otro sitio.

Bon séjour et personnel très serviable
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné dans un appart hôtel appartenant à l’hôtel car il y avait un problème de climatisation. L’hôtel nous avait prévenu en amont pour nous proposer plusieurs solutions ce que tu nous avons apprécié. Nous avons pu bénéficier à l’accès à la piscine même en ne logeant pas dans l’hôtel du coup. Le personnel est très gentil, et quelques uns parlent français :)

Cons:

L’offre du petit déjeuner est moyenne, mise à part le café nespresso très appréciable.

Bien mais...
Pros:

L emplacement de l hôtel est idéal pour visiter le centre historique de Séville. La piscine est vraiment agréable pour se détendre en période de chaleur. Un grand merci à Daniel à la réception pour avoir rendu notre séjour agréable.

Cons:

La climatisation défaillante à notre arrivée alors que les températures extérieures atteignaient 40°. Il ne nous a été proposé qu un ventilateur de table pour rafraîchir la chambre qui était vraiment insuffisant. Impossible de dormir dans la chambre sans suffoquer. Heureusement Daniel a pu nous trouver une solution de relogement dans un appartement climatisé et nous avons pu continuer de profiter des installations de l hôtel (piscine et petit déjeuner). Il est regrettable que la solution de relogement n est pas été proposée spontanément à notre arrivée.
