The convenience of everything being close to where I wanted to go & that it was tucked away just a few blocks from all the noise.

The staircase behind my room where I could hear folks walking up & down & banging walls with their luggage.

Great location, quite safe and secure. Quick walk to main attractions.

Fantastic holiday at a very clean, quiet and friendly hotel.
Pros:

Secure (passkey entry and exit through reception) area and room was spacious, clean and very quiet. We slept well and were not disturbed during the night which is rare at hotels these days. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great - close to attractions in the French quarter and close walk to Mississippi and rampart for trolleys.

Pros:

Great location and room was clean. Jennifer at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

No where to put bathroom items. A shelf would have been helpful. Lighting not great in the room or bathroom.

Pros:

The room and bed were very comfortable, the bathroom and the linen were so clean, and the hotel was very close to Bourbon and Decatur streets but still so quiet. Staff stored our luggage for a few hours after our room departure for free. So helpful. Loved our stay.

Cons:

There is no fridge but ice is available from the machine near the room.
