Pros:

The staff was very friendly. Breakfasts were wonderful.

Pros:

El personal muy atento. Al llegar, la habitación estaba lista pero para dos personas y éramos cuatro. Al momento lo solucionaron y nos regalaron unas bebidas por el error.

Mooi hotel vlakbij centrum. Prima verblijf.
Pros:

Zeer goed hotel, zeer vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, parkeermogelijkheid tegen betaling hotel garage. We hadden een mooie, grote en rustige kamer aan de achterzijde. Vlakbij centrum, 10 minuten te voet. Veel te zien in Augsburg. In de oude binnenstad omgeving via Weisse Gasse zijn veel restaurantjes te vinden.

Das Hotel war super für eine Städtereise
Pros:

Lage war super. 10-15min ins Stadtzentrum. Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Eine Nacht war es ziemlich lange sehr laut.

Pros:

L'albergo si trova a pochi passi dal centro ed ha un garage a pagamento a disposizione dei clienti.
La stanza, tutta arredata in legno massiccio, era abbastanza grande ed aveva un letto con materasso comodo ed anche un ventilatore a soffitto che per gli alberghi in Germania è molto raro!
Lo staff della reception era molto cortese e sempre pronto a fornire informazioni!

Cons:

La vista sul cortile della stanza (circolava poco l'aria); i cuscini di piuma scomodi e caldi; l'albergo si trova in prossimità delle rotaie del tram, si sentiva il rumore ad ogni suo passaggio.

A beautiful hotel close to the center
Pros:

A very nice hotel in an old building with beautiful decor. The room was quite small but very clean and comfortable. The hotel is an excellent location to visit the city center, only 5 minutes walking to the Dom. The staff was very helpful.

Cons:

The parking is very narrow.

Short but comfortable stay in Augusta (Germany).
Pros:

We stayed only 2 days in Augusta . City very nice !
The Hotel is located in strategic position to visit the downtown on feet and in easily position for reaching it from Rail Station. Room very comfortable, tidy and clean. Staff super nice, professional and helpful. We had not breakfast, otherwise available upon request.
