Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Es ist alles da, was man sich wünscht.
Die Zimmer sind mit modernen Möbeln ausgestattet und in angenehmen Farben gestaltet.
Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas abseits, aber die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Man kann nicht vor dem Hotel parken, um kurz den Koffer auszuladen.
Kurze Info, dass man gleich in die Tiefgarage fahren soll und von dort die Rezeption erreicht, wäre hilfreich.

Schönes großes Zimmer, aber enttäuschender Service
Das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und das Bett sehr bequem. Auch das Badezimmer war in einem einwandfreien Zustand.
Gutes Frühstück und gute Parkmöglichkeit.

Cons:

Leider war der Service eine große Enttäuschung. Das Personal am Empfang und im Servicebereich wirkte extrem unmotiviert. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir ignoriert.
Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass jegliche Kommunikation unerwünscht war. Beim auscheckenhabe ich versucht, dass Thema anzusprechen, leider erfolglos...

Tellergroßer kotbrauner Fleck auf hellblauem Teppichboden direkt vor dem Schreibtisch. Ekelhaft.
Schriftlicher Hinweis am Frühstücksbuffet: „Wegen hoher Gästeauslastung“ (!) kein Spiegelei zum Frühstück möglich.

Eenmalig , Trier een vervuild centrum . Niet echt een trekpleister . Luxemburg nachtje geweest en heel andere beleving .

Rust , bedden..

Cons:

Het ontbreken van koffie /thee / water op de kamer . De uitstraling van een na corona hotel . Alles moet duur betaald worden. Als hond /ontbijt /parkeren terwijl de kamerprijzen toch wel pittig zijn .

Pros:

Einfach alles... die Parkplatzmöglichkeit ist ideal muss ich sagen, das Frühstück und das Personal einfach nur Top. Immer wieder gerne.

Cons:

Nur die Zimmer Nummerierung war etwas verwirrend. Man ist was anders gewohnt und man war etwas am suchen. Zimmer 250 z.B. war etwas versteckt, aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit.
Der Aufzug hält gerne mal bei jeder Etage an xD
Das sollte mal überprüft werden. Bei Zeitdruck könnte es die Gäste nerven. Ansonsten alles Hervorragend!

Fabelhaftes Stadthotel. Modern und sauber mit Parkgarage.
