I came from Vienna to stay in (The) Vienna - but maybe not again
Pros:

I have stayed here a few times before & chose it for the location out of town, with nice walks close by.
The room was large.
The breakfast was plentiful and generally good quality (sadly the orange juice was not orange juice….)
The staff were lovely, especially the ladies serving breakfast.

Cons:

Compared to the previous night at a Novina hotel, the VHE was a disappointment. It was expensive too.
The broadband did not work in the bedroom.
The air conditioning was next to useless. Not good for a hot summer night.
The shower in the bath was badly positioned.
The lovely lady on reception/the bar in the evening was on her own, which meant she was rushed off her feet.
The car park is expensive considering the hotel is out of the town.

Für einen Kurztrip definitiv zu empfehlen
Pros:

Die Lager ist relativ Zentral, kurzer Spaziergang und man ist direkt im Zentrum von Trier. Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück war toll, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Im Eingangsbereich steht ein Wasserspender für die Gäste zur Verfügung.

Rozmiar pokoi w porównaniu z innymi hotelami z tej epoki jest znaczny. Pokoje naprawdę duże i wygodne.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, vom Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen ist übertrieben, aber beim Frühstück war es schon schlechter organisiert.Das Personal ist mit dem auffüllen nicht nachgekommen... aber vielleicht hatte es ja andere Hintergründe, die man als Gast nicht ersehen konnte, zum Beispiel Krankheit oder so.
