생긴 것만 예쁨

Cons:

에어컨 없음 따뜻한 물 안줌 부킹 1대1 답 느림 청소 안되어 있음 20만원 넘게 냈는데 공사장 뷰였음

Comfortable hotel, good location for travellers
Pros:

The hotel was perfect for our needs. Close to the station as we were only staying one night. Staff great & very helpful. Beds comfortable

Cons:

It would have been nice to have tea making facilities after travelling 2 days. Also the shower was difficult to work out- hot or cold- but nothing in-between.

Pros:

Perfect location, right next to Interlaken West train station and within walking distance of Interlaken city centre. The room was cozy, the bed was comfortable and it was clean. Breakfast was included, which was a plus.

Cons:

Reception was a big disorganised, but I believe that it's due to construction or renovation work. The breakfast offering was inconsistent.

I can’t recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The newly renovated room was great

Cons:

The lobby , the lobby ladies restroom was disgraceful. The owner doesn’t seem to be very personable. However, two of the front desk staff tried to do their best to help us.
I understand they are renovating, but they still need to keep the common areas clean and tidy.

Highly recommended
Pros:

Very near train station. Easily accessible to buses as well, lots of eating places and restaurants. Great service from the staff, and everything in room is super clean.

Pros:

Our bathroom was nice, but the water temperature in the shower fluctuated from extremely hot to very cold. The bath mat and towels were threadbare.The ladies at the front desk were helpful.

Cons:

The womens bathroom was filthy. I have never been in a worse bathroom even in a third world country.

Would absolutly stay again and throughly recommend any one to stay
Pros:

Excellent Hotel just a short walk from train station , Room was fantastic little balcony , Gret size room with kitchenette
Staff were lovely , really close to city centre easy walk to everything

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better , lot of cold meats (but that is the european way )

De locatie tegenover het station Interlaken West

Cons:

Hotel is erg gedateerd en verdient binnen wel wwn opknapbeurt. Bounty bar in de kelder waa een bar met vreemde sfeer(later kwam ik er achter dat dit niet bij hotel hoort)

Loved the Location, room was really cute. Nice to have a little patio to sit out on and look at the amazing view.
