It was in a lovely location, the staff were friendly and welcoming and it was very reasonably priced
Breakfast was an unmitigated disaster, there was very poor service and the choice of breakfast options was very limited. The full Irish which I paid €20pp for fell far short of a full Irish breakfast. The presentation of the food was appalling. The staff overall seemed inept at times
Very quiet area but still close to Killarney and the National Park.
We had a much bigger room than expected.
The toilet was stuck running but the staff quickly came and fixed it.
HOtel was very very welcome (we stayed with ours doog)hotel is friendly with pets.

Lovely boutique hotel set in an elegant house with adequate parking in front. The staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating. Our dog was welcomed with treats. The room was very clean, well appointed and of a good size. We loved the breakfasts! Everything in this hotel just worked really well! This was a perfect base for our Ring of Kerry drive as well as our hike through the Gap of Dunloe.
We loved the quaintness of the hotel. We were looking for a “cottage in the Irish countryside feel” and we were not disappointed!!

Notre chambre d'hôtel donnait directement sur les poubelles de l'hôtel (chambre 401), avec le bruit de soufflerie. Nous étions contraints de sortir de l'hôtel pour rejoindre la salle du petit déjeuner.
Le petit déjeuner continental n'était pas très fourni et l'attente pour les plats très longues.

Our room was situated poorly with people ( with flashlights) roaming outside our windows. There is terrible WiFi and very poor breakfast… dinner tasted great but we were unable to eat in dining room. The place could be SO beautiful but it’s very dated.
