Groot hotel op goede ligging.
Pros:

Uitstekende locatie. De kamer was ruim met leuk balkon.
Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. Ook een fantastische wellness.
We hebben ook de Happy hours enorm geapprecieerd.

Cons:

Op bepaalde vlakken is het hotel gedateerd. Spijtig dat men s' avonds niet à la carte kan eten, jammer dat men de herinrichting van de kamer volledig verkeerd aangepakt heeft, veel te grote hall met piepklein kleerkastje en kleine badkamer. Héél veel lawaai s'morgens rond 5 à 6h aan de achterzijde hotel waar grote zwarte schuifdeur geregeld dichtgegooid werd en leveringen gedaan.

Toller und erholsamer Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Wir waren zu viert für zwei Nächte im Alpenhotel.
Wir waren komplett sehr zufrieden!
Toller Service, egal ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder in der Bar.
Sehr unkompliziert alles.
Wir hatten die einfachste Zimmerkategorie, aber dennoch war es sehr großzügig. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das hat uns in keinster Weise gestört.
Alles war tipptopp sauber und darauf finde ich kommt es an!
Das Frühstücksbuffet war mehr als reichlich und es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Vor allen die individuell zubereiteten Eierspeisen waren sehr lecker!
Am zweiten Tag haben wir dann noch die Halbpension dazu gebucht und waren sowohl von der Jause, als auch vom extrem leckeren Abendessen mehr als begeistert!
Alles in allem für uns ein wundervolles Wochenende mit absoluter Weiterempfehlung!
Unbedingt Halbpension buchen!!!

Netter Aufenthalt in Saalbach
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet sehr toll, alles da was das Herz begehrt

Cons:

Die angekündigte Pizzeria im Hotel war nicht geöffnet und im Restaurant konnte man nicht a la carte essen. Man konnte nur das komplette Menu bestellen, was uns zu viel war und wir sind daher in anderen Restaurants essen gegangen.
Leider waren sehr viele Angestellte der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig und haben uns ganz schlecht verstanden.
Negativ zu bewerten ist auch, dass ein Stellplatz hinter dem Hotel 14,-- Euro pro Tag kostet. In vielen anderen Hotels sind wir es eher gewohnt, dass sogar die Tiefgarage für Motorräder kostenfrei ist.

Das Personal war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und konnt unsere Probleme rasch lösen. Das Badezimmer ist neu, sehr hochwertig und praktisch eingerichtet. Absolut ein Highlight war der Wellnessbereich. Großzügig und ganz neu.

Ein ganz tolles Familienhotel, fantastischer Saunabereich, was wir in dieser Form noch nirgends gesehen haben. Groß, neu, sauber, überall Handtücher, Wolldecken, Getränke.
Essen sehr lecker, freundliches Personal. Joker Card deckt alle Zusatzkosten wie Gondeln, Schwimmbad, Minigolf etc. ab.
Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub.

Pros:

Perfekt hotell med stort trevligt rum med balkong. Sköna sängar och närhet till allt. Mycket generöst att kabinbanorna ingick i priset vilket gjorde det prisvärt. Morgonpersonalen i receptionen var mycket engagerade och hjälpsam.

Cons:

Ganska dyr parkeringsplats men som vi utnyttjade även efter utcheckning. Något dyrt!
