Pros:

Sehr nette Dame an der Rezeption. Bei der Ankunft haben wir ein Geschenk für unseren Hund bekommen. Auf dem Zimmer gab es ein Hundebett und Wassernäpfe. Das Hotel ist ruhig und sauber. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, den Hund im angrenzenden Park auszuführen. Im Innenhof gab es einen kleinen Hof mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Bewirtungsmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück war fantastisch und bot eine große Auswahl. Zum Abschied haben wir wieder ein Geschenk bekommen. Wenn ich wieder nach Leipzig reise, werde ich auf jeden Fall dieses Hotel wählen. Vielen Dank!

Hab gut geschlafen in dem bequemen Bett.
Pros:

Lage ist okay, gute Anbindung zum Zentrum mit ÖPNV, alles gepflegt und geschmackvoll. Ich komme gern wieder.

Liebe zum Detail und Gast ist König
Pros:

Das Hotel ist mit der S-Bahn problemlos innerhalb weniger Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt erreichbar.
Die Zimmer sind pragmatisch, aber mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Beispielsweise stehen eine kostenfreie Flasche Wasser, etwas Süßes und eine Leseprobe für ein Buch bereit. Obwohl die Einrichtung nicht topmodern ist, ist sie keineswegs in die Jahre gekommen. Trotz des Alters ist alles sehr gepflegt und sauber, im Bad sind keine Stockflecken zu finden.
Das Frühstück war mein persönliches Highlight. Es gab eine reichhaltige, liebevoll angerichtete Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen. Sogar Lachs und Prosecco wurden angeboten. Auch für Veganer ist das Frühstück geeignet. Es gibt reichlich Auswahl an Vollkorngebäck, baked beans, Grillgemüse, frischem Obst, diversen Pickles sowie einer großen Müsliauswahl mit Hafermilch. Zusätzlich stehen proteinreiche Samen wie Kürbiskerne, Chia- und Leinsamen bereit.
Das Personal ist wahnsinnig freundlich und zum Checkout gab es noch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit. Ein finaler Pluspunkt: Das Hotel ist haustierfreundlich.

Cons:

Die Idee, eine kleine lokale Tageszeitung für den Frühstückstisch zu designen ist genial und wirklich schön! Nachhaltig ist es allerdings leider nicht, jeden Tag ein DIN-A4-Blatt pro Tisch zu drucken. Evtl. eine "Monatszeitung" mit den wichtigsten Events der Stadt gedruckt und die "Tageszeitung" darauf mit QR code verlinken?

Pros:

Einchecken war super, das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lage ist Sehr gut, alle Parkplätze in der Umgebung sind kostenlos und 4 Hotel eigene Parkplätze sind auch auch vorhanden.
Der Innenhof ist sehr gemütlich und bietet reichlich Platz für gemütliche Stunden. Dort stehen auch Getränke zur Verfügung.

Cons:

An den Wänden hängen einige Staub- und Spinnweben. Ebenfalls sind die Wände voll mit erschlagenen Gelsen. Da das Fliegengitter nicht dicht abschließt kommen diese ins Zimmer. Das könnte mal getauscht werden.
