Pros:

Közel a központhoz, saját stranddal, a 3 szobából egyet megkaptunk picit korábban mint a bejelentkezés ideje.
A vacsoránál volt az egyetlen kedves figyelmes felszolgáló

Abszolút motiválatlan személyzet
Kaptunk ugyan köntös kártyát a wellnes hez de köntös az nem volt.
A pótágyasra kért és fizetett szoba csak két főre volt készítve, úgy kellett hajkurászni a takarítókat, hogy legyenek szívesek adni 3. ágyneműt
A reggelinél a terítő nem kicsit, hanem látványosan koszos volt.
A kikèszített műzlis tányérokban is sok koszos volt
Este a bowling nál a pincér látványosan került minket, látványosan nem volt ínyére bármilyen rendelésünket felvenni.
Összességében csalódás volt a szálloda, ami nem üti meg a 4 csillagos szintet!

Great facilities but food disappointing

Great location & facilities. Staff friendly & helpful. Rooms lovely & beds comfortable, even my sofa bed.

Cons:

The food was very disappointing. There.was nothing for children whatsoever resulting in us having to purchase food for my 8yr old outside of hotel. The adult.options were limited. On the last night we were moved to the premier restaurant where it was even worse & food was cold. There was a huge conference on during our stay which we weren't informed of, causing extra noise & disruption to guests. Also not informed beforr stay that the outdoor pool would be out of operation from 1st Sept.

Molte cose non mi sono piaciute per essere un 4 stelle, inizio dalla camera che con il prezzo che abbiamo pagato era piccolissima , porta doccia che non si chiude e allagata il mini bagno , senza kit di cortesia che avendo chiesto ci hanno detto che solo x 5 stelle , cibo abbondante ma cotto male , acqua a cena non inclusa ....
