Hotel čistý,personál ústretový, poloha od centra pešej zóny 1.2km.Wellnes super,vonkajšie bazény i vnútorné bazény veľmi dobré

Hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel , aber im Juni sind leider sehr viele Lokale in der Umgebun
Pros:

Die Lage von Hotel ist sehr gut. Die aussenanlagen sauber, bewachten Parkplatz.
See Zugang ist super,auch der Garten ist sehr rein und gross gut zu verweilen.
Frühstück ist in Ordnung, das Abendessen auch.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Im Bad gab es nur eine Badewanne mit Dusche kombiniert.
Ventilator im Bad war sehr laut
Keine Gelsengitter bei den Fenstern
Eine Hausmesse mit aussteller , dafür kein Barbetrieb
Handtücher die wir benutz haben und am Boden liegen hatten , wurden neu gefaltet und wieder zum benützen hingelegt / 4 Sterne.?
Im wellnesbereich gingen die düsen der liegenflächen nicht?!

Great place to relax and enjoy a quiet day at Lake Balaton
Pros:

great location (very close to promenade at Balaton), private parking available, very comfortable room (clean, well-equipped), staff friendly, food was really good (both breakfast and dinner), pools and saunas were really relaxing

Cons:

automatic tip during dinner for drinks (service is very good, but I prefer to tip the waiter myself and not be already charged for something), cleaning service knocking at my door almost 1 hour before checkout (I find this rude and annoying)

Pros:

Nagyon szépen felszerelt szálloda, többször voltam mar itt. Az elhelyezkedés is hibátlan.

Cons:

Olyan időszakban, amikor nagyon sokan vannak, egy-egy szituációt órák alatt se sikerül megoldani. Nalam a tv kapcsoló elem cseréje tartott 4-5 órán át, egyik kolléga se tudta, hogy kinek a dolga, 4x mentem a recepcióra, hogy sikerült-e megoldani.
Ekkora szállodához képest jóindulattal is csak közepes a svédasztal. Vegetáriánusként nem találtam ennivalót. Sült krumpli majonézzel max. Egy spagetti, pizza, ilyesmi még a gyerekeknek is jól jött volna, helyette volt kagyló... nagyszerű:) Egy ekkora es ilyen szép szállodához képest méltatlan ez a felhozatal.
A bowling bárban kellett vacsoráznunk, az hibátlan volt, bár nyilvan külön kell fizetni érte.
A fürdőszobában diszkrét kezdődő penész minden sarokban.
Hát ilyesmik. De kedvesek, a wellness is rendben volt, csak az apróságok méltatlanok ahhoz képest, amilyen lehetne egy ilyen impozáns szálloda. Voltam korábban többször (igaz, hogy a premium szárnyban), de most valahogy nem tudták megugrani a hosszú hétvégét. Nálam kb 10/6 sajnos.
