Pros:

El personal muy amable.

Cons:

Para ser un apartamento faltaban muchas cosas, un paño, algo para poner lo fregado. El personal no limpia lo de la cocina y fue incómodo. El gimnasio es enano.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo. Mi è sembrato un po’ caro per un hotel lontano dal centro anche se ben collegato e senza la colazione inclusa (disponibile, ma non certo economica).
Una sera ho chiesto al receptionist di prenotami un tavolo al ristorante e mi è stato risposto che dovevo farlo da me perché era un’altra gestione. Non è una risposta che si può dare in un 4 stelle.

L'accueil et l'espace dans les chambres. Mohamed à L'accueil nous a renseigné sur les bus les taxis etc Donc l'emplacement est un peu loin du centre 20 minutes de descente et au retour le bus Cela se fait très bien

Les prix au restaurant. Le premier soir super,pas copieux mais très bon et raffiné ( MERLU) . Le deuxième soir j'ai pris les crevettes grillées à 22 euros et là 6 pauvres crevettes molles pas grillées, avec le goût de l'eau un vrai massacre et mon conjoint 6 noix ST jacques on va dire pas mauvaises un petit bol de frites 2 tout petits morceaux de pain 66 euros Ah j'ai oublié un verre très peu rempli de Chardonnay blanc. C'est vraiment un prix excessif pour aucune qualité

La salle de restaurant est très bruyante. Le premier soir il y avait un groupe et impossible de se parler sans hurler Il faudrait peut être prévoir de séparer les groupes

La ubicación

Falta personal en general.

El desayuno en restaurante caro por lo que ofrece y por 17 euros, como mínimo te podrían poner café de bar y no de esos dispensadores horribles

Puesto que es tan caro, en la cafetería puedes degustar otra oferta de desayuno, pero como va todo el mundo, te puedes morir para que te atiendan. Culpa del hotel porque no pone más personal, o bien no baja el precio del restaurante.

El baño de la habitación Terraza, que era la que teníamos con un fuerte olor a humedad.

Podrían sacarle más provecho en general.

Personal war erst überfordert mit unseren Fahrrädern. Ansonsten alles soweit iO. Mit dem Rad kommt man von dort aus überall gut hin.

Schimmel in den Badfliesenfugen.
