Gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis in wirklich toller Lage mit sehr freudlichem und zu orkommenden Personal! Sehr empfehle
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, das Hotel war sauber und das Personal aussergewöhnlich nett und zuvorkommend.

Pros:

Friendly welcome.
We arrived very early to drop off our bags with the intention of returning at check in time but the two ladies on reception welcomed us with a much appreciated coffee and said our room was nearly ready and by the time we finished our coffee we were shown to our room. After 28 hours travelling by train this was perfect.

Cons:

Would have liked a comfortable chair in the room

Hôtel convenable
Pros:

Personnel très gentil et à l'écoute. Situé juste devant une station de vaporetto (bateaux bus) facilitant les transports, incluant le retour/l'arrivée depuis l'aéroport. Hôtel situé entre 10-20 minures à pied des prinxipales attractions. Petits déjeuners copieux.

Cons:

Hotel très vieux qui bénéficierait grandement de rénovations esthétiques. L'air climatisée n'était pas fonctionnel à la date de notre séjour, il faisait chaud la nuit.

Good value for the location
Pros:

The location was excellent. Very close to the water taxis and the water airport shuttle.

Cons:

The A/C didn't work that well. Luckily it was cool enough to open the windows.

Great location to public transportation, bars and restaurants.
Pros:

The staff is wonderful and accommodating. A major water bus station is nearly right outside the entrance of the hotel. Our room small but clean and it was serviced every morning.

Cons:

Booking stated the property was air conditioned. That was a partial truth. Our room had an air conditioner in it but the property doesn’t activate the system until summer.

Lovely staff but hot and stuffy rooms unless you’re traveling in the middle of summer.
Pros:

The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful- honestly they made our stay there. Breakfast was solid and a good value. It’s a good location right by a drop off point for water taxis and the water bus.

Cons:

It is incredibly dated and the rooms were sweltering and stuffy. They said they are unable to turn the AC on until it reaches 27 degrees, so we opened a window but there was no cross breeze whatsoever. I woke up drenched in sweat and unable to fall asleep both nights we were there (in May!). Not good value for money, but I suppose this is standard for Venice.
