Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Das Zimmer einfach, aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Funktionierende Klimaanlage (Bedienung nicht ganz einfach, haben es aber irgendwann geschafft 😅). Wasserkocher vorhanden (jedoch nicht angeschlossen - Stecker passte nur an der Steckdose neben der Zimmertür). Das Frühstück war super, besonders bei dem Ausblick und der Morgensonne. Auf Wunsch wird auch ein Lunchpaket vorbereitet (wenn man aufgrund früher Ausflüge nicht am Frühstücksbuffet teilnehmen kann).
Bei Ankunft hat das Zimmer sehr unangenehm gerochen (Abflussgeruch, nach Spülen des Bidets war auch der Geruch innerhalb kürzester Zeit wieder verschwunden).
Die Vorbereitung des Lunchpaketes für den Folgetag wurde bereits vor der Ankunft besprochen und auch beim Empfang nochmal. Wir hatten als Abholzeit spätestens 7.00 Uhr angegeben. Leider hatte der Mitarbeiter nichts vorbereitet, gab sich aber größte Mühe und machte noch etwas zurecht (was jedoch auch ein paar Minuten mehr Zeit in Anspruch nahm 😬).
Bereits vor 6.00 Uhr wird man von der Müllabfuhr und dem Geräusch eines lauten Laubbläsers geweckt 🙈).

Location is perfect at the heart of town and across the marina. Lots to watch from the balcony as there is a lot going on in that area. Rooftop bar has great views of the towns waterfront. Room was clean and we had no issues with the facilities. Staff was very friendly.
Being where it is parking is going to be a bit of a hike if you DONT want to pay. Paid parking is close by and is hourly on an app. The area is loud as it is close to the marina activities. Any tourist going out on the water in the morning is across the street from hotel. This is to be expected given its central location. The noise did not bother us as its a small town to begin with but some may want to be in a quieter area.
