El desayuno

Cons:

El ascensor ! Nos quedamos atrapados sin el exceso de peso. Y el personal del hotel no sabía a quién llamar ! Nosotros mismo nos cominiciamos con bomberos y ellos vinieron a sacarnos. El personal nisiquiera sabía primeros auxilios. El manager administrador nunca se disculpó con nosotros , y nos negaron el libro de reclamaciones. La parte de administración ausente. Solo les comunicaba a sus trabajadores que hacer pero no se hacían responsables.

La ubicación es inmejorable.
Muy limpio, habitación moderna. Alojé en una habitación individual pero los espacios estaban bien organizados y se notaba espaciosa.

Gute zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war nicht bedienbar, nur an und aus. Die Fenster sind nicht lärmhemmend, bis nachts um 3.00 war Lärm von der Strasse sehr störend.

Perfekte Lage in Sevilla
Pros:

Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt. Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein, aber das war kein Problem für uns. Frühstück war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.
