Pros:

Room has a very good size and a lot of options of facilities. The mini fridge was full of options (lately very rarely). As a tourist it is very close to any place in old town.

Cons:

Last floor living conditions are a bit of difficult as there is not elevator and half of the room has 45degrees ceilings so not so comfortable movments.

Hotel is cosy but some things would have been nice to know before.
Pros:

Cozy, enough space and the bed was kingsize🤩.

Cons:

The parking info is missing, there are not enough free parking spaces and we had to pay about 30 euros extra.
The bodywash container was empty, woud have liked more lightening in the room.

Olime neljandal korrusel ja puudus lift ja külmkapp ei andnud just külma aga hea asukoht super.

Zeer centraal gelegen in het oude centrum van Kaunas.

Cons:

De beschrijving vermeldt gratis openbare parkeergelegenheid, maar dat klopt niet. Er is een beperkt aantal eigen parkeerplaatsen. Zijn die bezet, houd dan rekening met openbare parkeerplaatsen van €2 per uur, 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen per week. Toen ik dit meldde bij de beheerder (er is geen bemande receptie) werd er niet adequaat gereageerd.

Het hotel zit vol met details waar niet goed over nagedacht is. Van details zoals het ontbreken van een stopcontact bij je nachtkastje en krakende veren in je boxspring, tot serieuze ongemakken zoals een te kleine ontbijtzaal waar meerdere gasten staan te wachten tot ze een plekje kunnen krijgen.

Over het ontbijt gesproken, je kan gerechten bestellen, maar het is niet duidelijk wat er beschikbaar is en de bediening spreekt nauwelijks Engels. Zelfs een kop koffie of thee moet je vragen, en dan maar hopen dat het ook echt geserveerd wordt. De dames die het ontbijt serveren doen echt hun best, maar komen eerder gestressed over, dan in controle.

De classificatie "4 sterren" niet waard.

Švarus kambarys su ypatingai patogia lova.
Pros:

Jei norite puikiai išsimiegoti – tam puikiai tiks šis viešbutis, nes labai patogios lovos.

Cons:

Pusryčių pasirinkimas ypač mažas – galima rinktis iš 2 patiekalų. Kam tai svarbu – teks nusivilti.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

We stayed on our second visit in room 304 which we preferred as it was quieter. Great location plenty of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay in Kaunas and would definitely return.

Cons:

More choice for breakfast e.g. another cereal to choose from and a selection of fruit would be very nice. As we stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in total, we felt more choice was needed. However, if only staying a couple of nights then the breakfast was ample.
