Pros:

Hotelli asukoht on ilmselt üks parimatest Kaunase linnas. Kohe vanalinna keskväljaku kõrval, kus asub suur osa linna vaatamisväärsustest. Katedraal on kohe hotelli kõrval.

Cons:

Hotellis puudub traditsiooniline vastuvõtu personal. Tuleb 24 tundi töötab küll telefon, kuid need inimesed on teises linnas. Kohapeal teenindavat personali pole - välja arvatud hommikusöögi personal ning koristajad. Kui tekib näiteks panga tehniline probleem, ja kaardid ei tööta, on võimatu maksta sularahas, või muid sedalaadi probleeme lahendada.

Cozy option in Old Town
Pros:

Stayed here a few nights while visiting Kaunas and overall it was fine. The hotel is located in a great spot near Old Town and very walkable to the new area too. There is a bus that goes to the train station but doesn't run very often so Bolt would be recommended.

Rooms have self-managed AC but it doesn't really get cold in the room. That said, with it running and a fan going, it made 1-2 hot days okay to sleep, etc.

Breakfast is a bit dear at 15 Euro but I found it to be enough. There isn't a huge variety but you get home-made eggs or pancakes and coffee.

There is NO on-site staff outside of housekeeping, but you can reach the call center via phone or Whatsapp, however I found them slow to respond and not able to action anything shared there.

I would also note there is NO elevator in the building so if you have mobility issues, a lower floor would be best.

For the cost, I'm not sure if I would stay again, but it is a fine option.

Ok hotel in good location, although virtual check in only abd limited breakfast choice
Pros:

Hotel is well located just off the old town main square. The room was comfortable for our family.

Cons:

The hotel has no reception and uses door codes only for the front door and rooms. The front door was not locked so it felt a little insecure. Parking is difficult / expensive. There was little choice at breakfast.

Viešbutyje buvo švaru ir jauku. Pusryčius aptatnaujanti moteris buvo miela ir paslaugi. Viešbutis randasi labai gražioje vietoje.

Mažai nemokamo parkavimo vietu prie viešbučio, jeigu automobili palieki mokamoje parkavimo vietoje tai kainuoja labai brangiai, kadangi parkavimas senamiestyje mokamas visa para. Maistas skanus, taciau kiekviena diena tas pats, apsistojus ilgesniam laikui tektu kiekviena ryta valgyti ta pati.

Great location in the old city.

Cons:

It wasn't clear in the description that the building had not elevator for the upper floors. Additionally it wasn't clear that it hasn't got a reception and we had some trouble during check in. Also the staff didn't speak English and it was difficult to communicate.

Pros:

Room has a very good size and a lot of options of facilities. The mini fridge was full of options (lately very rarely). As a tourist it is very close to any place in old town.

Cons:

Last floor living conditions are a bit of difficult as there is not elevator and half of the room has 45degrees ceilings so not so comfortable movments.
