Super relaxed and chilled

Your staff were welcoming, so helpful and their kindness was exemplary. Breakfast was fantastic! The location was walking distance to the tram, which we took from the Nice airport -- so convenient. My husband and I had a one-bedroom suite with a small kitchen. Our daughter had a smaller room - both were lovely. GO.

The one bedroom apartment is really lovely and the staff were so incredibly nice and helpful. And having an AC unit in the bedroom and in the living room was so wonderful - as it was 38 degrees when we were there 🥵.

Staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for you. The studio was very light and airy with a good size comfortable bed and great size fridge. Also the perfect location if want to be close to the station but also very easy walking distance to the old town and beach

Small hotel that is likely remodeled apartment building. Common areas were very nice, quality of the rooms was fair. We did get a kitchenette, which for the price and location seemed a very good value. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and we were well taken care of.

Staff were outstanding. Apartment was very quiet. Everything was kept in a like-new order. Sky windows were great for light and air. Good cooling available. Very well suited to the 4 of us staying for 2 nights. Good location. Would definitely stay here again if in Nice and wanting easy access to train and town. We had the family apartment on level 5.

We had an incredible stay at Maison Lamartine. The location is fantastic, putting all of Nice within easy reach. The staff made the check-in seamless and they were incredibly attentive—they truly made us feel like family. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within a 5-minute walk (including a Monoprix), or you can walk to Old Town in just 10 minutes for a larger selection with an authentic feel.

The kitchen was stocked with all the things you need to cook a meal and the two mini-split systems—one for the bedroom and one for the main living area—worked great. We were there when the temperatures were in the 90s and the room was comfortable every day. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious, plentiful breakfast featuring fresh local foods. To top it all off, we were warmly invited to attend an art exhibition hosted right in the hotel, which made our stay feel extra special. Highly recommended!
