Struttura nuova in eccellente posizione, non in centro ma con stazionamento tram proprio davanti, comodissimo per raggiungere il centro. Camera non grandissima ma moderna e ben attrezzata. Bagno con vasca spazioso e pulitissimo ( c'è anche il bidet). Ottima e abbondante colazione a buffet.Garage privato disponibile a 24 euro al giorno

Összességében tetszett, mindennel elégedett voltam.
Pros:

Személyzet kedves, kiszolgálás rendben volt. Buszpályaudvartól 10 perc séta, viszont a nevezetességek távolabb vannak. Kicsekkoláskor megengedték, hogy maradjanak a bőröndök, így kényelmesen tudtunk még a városban csavarogni.
Reggelinél széles választék volt.

Cons:

Nagyon gyorsan felmelegedett a szoba, 29 fokot is írt a hőmérő.

Pros:

Schönes großes Zimmer und
Bad. Das Frühstück ist auch ziemlich gut.

Cons:

Das Bett war nur mäßig bequem. Wir hatten noch einige fremde Haare in der Dusche und der Abfluss war sehr langsam. Der Fernseher im Zimmer war leider nicht schwenkbar, sodass man im Bett liegt, aber der Fernseher 1 Meter weiter rechts ist. Außerdem rechnet das Hotel für das Parken in der extrem engen Tiefgarage noch fast 25€ pro Nacht drauf. Dieser Preis ist wirklich unverschämt teuer.

Drei tolle Tage in Bilbao 😎
Pros:

Wir waren rundum mit unserem Aufenthalt für drei Nächte äußerst zufrieden. Zudem haben wir ein Zimmerupgrade (plus Balkon) „einfach so“ bekommen, was wir echt top fanden. Zudem war das Zimmer geräumig, sehr sauber und der Haartrockner richtig leistungsstark.

Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, super Auswahl und schönes Ambiente im Restaurant.

Es war von Anfang bis Ende ein schöner Aufenthalt, den auch das Hotelpersonal abgerundet hat.
