La disponibilidad del personal, la atención, la amabilidad, 10/10 sin peros.. el chico de la mañana cuando llegue a las 6 :00 me atendió súper bien, en la tarde la chica super amable y siempre con una sonrisa, volvería seguramente

Cons:

Quizás el que arreglaba la puerta de la habitación de al lado, tenía la música encendida, entiendo que son trabajos que hay que hacer, pero yo llegaba de un vuelo de 14 horas y estaba súper cansado

Localização ótima, é possível ir ao aeroporto de metrô caminhando um pouco até a estação. Senti segura no trajeto mesmo à noite. Equipe muito atenciosa, quarto confortável e limpo, chuveiro ótimo e cama muito boa. Recomendo. Preço justo.

Room was clean and had AC

Cons:

No shuttle to the airport so I had to spend 22 euros extra both ways. That’s what will stop me from going back. And the price then is not worth it becouse you can litterally book loads more arround the area for the same or less room price and have a shuttle.

Pros:

fue una sola noche y el motivo que lo elegí fue que estaba muy cerca del aeropuerto y debía abordar un vuelo muy temprano al día siguiente.
Igualmente es una linda zona y muy tranquila, pero con acceso cercano al metro

Cons:

Más allá de la cercanía real al aeropuerto de Barajas, no queda otra posiblidad que tener realizar el traslado con algún vehiculo. Llegamos caminando desde el aeropuerto y fue una odisea.
Si el hotel ofreciera un servicio de traslado (pago), creo que sería un gran acierto.
