Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, bright, and filled with natural light. It had everything I needed, including a small kitchenette, which was very convenient. There’s also a supermarket very close to the hotel.
The staff were polite, warm, and welcoming throughout my stay. I enjoyed my time here so much that I’m even considering coming back for a future vacation.

Chambre spacieuse , très très propre , sdb neuve , kitchenette superbe , climatisation bien appréciée par ces chaleurs même en septembre, calme , literie impeccable , draps immaculés et décoration très épurée . Je reviendrais.

L'Hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, a pochissimi passi dal centro e dalla fermata dell'autobus che porta ovunque a Neuchatel. La stanza è dotata di ogni comfort e le ragazze sono gentilissime. Anche la colazione è ottima! Consigliato!

Really helpful, friendly staff. Good location. Really comfortable bed and quietest air conditioning ever which was perfect. Lovely relaxing surroundings on the terrace.

Cons:

Not so keen on having to pay for coffee in the room as am used to this being included in room rate. Also not sure I'd be keen as a single traveller walking to the hotel late at night.
