Precio muy elevado para las opciones que he tenido en ocasiones anteriores en Utrera

Aire acondicionado pobre, en un dormitorio no había.

Por el precio, esperaba algo mejor.
Nos costó mucho trabajo dormirnos ya que no enfriaba el aire, que ya tiene sus años.

El personal, tuve un problema que realmente provoqué yo mismo por un despiste y se apresuraron a arreglarlo.

Cons:

A pesar que la arquitectura del hotel es preciosa, mi habitación no tenía ventanas al exterior pero es algo que no se puede evitar en un edificio antiguo.

Habitación excelente, mucha comodidad, ubicación excelente y trato del personal muy bueno.

Cons:

No hay persiana en las ventanas. Aunque hay dos cortinas, por las mañanas entra luz en la habitación. Es un fastidio si te molesta la luz para dormir.

The roof terrace bar was closed when we went for drinks and the restaurant attached to the hotel where you had to go to eat stopped serving food early

Very stylish decor and lovely staff were a highlight. Excellent location and very handy to valet parking.
We would stay again for sure.

Cons:

Our room for 3 was a slightly odd layout with a 2 storey spiral staircase. There was a bit of noise from the heatpump units on the roof near our windows. Luckily it wasn't too hot and we could shut the windows at night.

Pros:

I had the best time in this hotel! It’s conveniently located between the train station and La Caleta beach, allowing walking distance from everything. The building is well maintained, with particular decorative items in each room, which is charming.

The check in process was easy and straightforward. I got a welcome bottle of wine, which was highly appreciated.

The staff is helpful and friendly. Kudos for Arturo and Andrea.

After checking out, they secured my luggage for a few hours until my scheduled train.

Whenever I’m back to Cádiz, this will be my first choice of accommodation.
