Great hotel in a perfect location.
Pros:

Staff was very accommodating. Rooms were clean and spacious. Location was perfect for sightseeing as we didn’t have a car and were able to walk everywhere.

Cons:

The refrigerator in the closet was not easy to access because of the way it was set up.

La ubicación , en pleno casco antiguo, cerca de todos los lugares de interés a pie

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó es que , si llevas coche tienes que dejarlo en un parking de pago, no hay parking público cerca.

Muy buena ubicación. Instalaciones perfectas y limpias.
Pros:

La ubicación es magnífica. Para recorrer el casco histórico, excelente. Para ir a la playa un poco más incómoda pero asumible, además te da un paseo por el paseo marítimo agradable. Me encantó la limpieza y que tanto el mobiliario como las instalaciones están en perfecto estado. Destaco la amabilidad del staff del restaurante. Repetiría pero nunca en la suite.

Cons:

La suite De la Torre donde me alojé fue lo peor. Muy incómoda con una escalera de caracol y tres pisos, el baño en la planta de abajo y la habitación arriba. Y en medio de una habitación de “estudio”.

Great location, great decor, friendly staff, terrible beds
Pros:

The place was decorated extremely cute. The third floor had fantastic reviews of the city. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and offered a free bottle of wine. Very convenient location, many different shops and restaurants in walking distance. Taxi stands nearby.

Cons:

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The full-size bed in the third floor was soft and uncomfortable. Backs hurt the next day which is unusual.

La ubicación excelente. El recepcionista fue muy amable. La habitación familiar estupenda y muy cómoda separadas las dos habitaciones por una puerta y cada una con su baño. El desayuno muy bueno también.

The staff were very helpful in sorting out a booking problem which was not caused by them.
Pros:

The hotel was located in a vibrant district, but it was quiet at night. Our room had a small balcony and overlooked the Calle San Francisco.

Cons:

We didn't realise there was a rooftop area we could have relaxed in.

Me engañaron con el parking, pues el pago solo cubría hasta las 12 h y no 24 h, por lo que tuve que pagar 5 horas mas , algo que me parece una tomadura de pelo
Entre mi vehículo a las 18 h y cuando llegué a las 17,45h, me soplaron 8 € a parte de los 20 que le pague el hotel
