Pros:

It was in a good location and the staff at the reception was very helpful.

Cons:

I didn't like that for the all week that I stayed the cleaning staff didn't changed the bed sheets once, though I informed them to do so.

Bon séjour
Pros:

j’ai été satisfait de l’emplacement du logement. Il était bien situé, proche des transports et de plusieurs commodités (restaurants, commerces, services essentiels), ce qui a rendu le séjour très pratique. L’accessibilité aux différents points d’intérêt était un vrai plus et m’a permis de me déplacer facilement sans voiture.

Cons:

je n’ai pas apprécié le petit-déjeuner, que j’ai trouvé peu varié et répétitif, ce qui est un point négatif à améliorer.

I’ve stayed at Alburgues for a 3rd of the price with more comfort

The lady who checked me in was very helpful and nice.

Cons:

The room was not what I saw in the pictures when I booked. It showed a nice big glass shower with a good looking bed. My shower was very tiny in the corner, with a curtain that did nothing to stop the floor from getting wet. The A/C didn’t work. The sheets had a stain on them. The remote to the tv was broken. And the bed was absolutely horrible. So uncomfortable, I could feel the springs in the mattress and it was sinking down on one side. It’s as if the hotel has a couple of updated rooms and shows only those pictures. And when you check in, if you’re a pilgrim, they give you the older horrible rooms and save the better rooms for more distinguished guests.

Tiene mucho que mejorar
Pros:

El desayuno y la ubicación bien pero la habitación necesita una reforma urgente, la ducha tenía mal la manguera por la que pasa el agua y perdía la mayor parte por lo que no salía bien con la consecuente incomodidad.

Cons:

La habitación y el baño se ven muy anticuadas y parecen abandonadas.

Correu tudo super bem, recomendo :)

Boa localização e pequeno almoço agradável

Cons:

A janela fazia um barulho enorme a abrir pois raspava no chão então era desconfortável para nós e restantes hóspedes…
Também o facto de não ter tomada de ambos os lados da cama.
