Heel mooi hotel. Lekkere ruimte om buiten te zitten. We hadden een probleem met de kamer en dat werd goed opgelost. Let op, de lift gaat niet tot de bovenste verdieping.

La ubicación

Cons:

El sistema de aire acondicionado pésimo. Esta todo automatizado. Pero no es funcional. Se pasa calor y cuando enciende arroja una ráfaga de aire frío, muy ruidosa y se apaga enseguida.
No tiene frigobar.
El baño muy descuidado. La mampara de la ducha está vieja y no cierra bien.
El resumidero de la ducha no drena bien y el agua queda empozada por un rato.
No cuenta con videt o ducha higiénica.
La TV está desconfigurado y nadie apareció para solucionarlo a pesar de haber hecho el reclamo

Pros:

This hotel was perfect for a couple of nights in Granada! Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff were all really friendly. The aircon was great for the hot weather.
We would definitely stay again the next time we're back!

La localización y el estilo. Es un hotel pequeño con encanto, las habitaciones son espaciosas y la decoración agradable.

Cons:

La limpieza, es un aspecto a supervisar y mejorar. No es que estuviera sucio en general, pero el suelo estaba lleno de pelos y la ducha también. La limpieza era teóricamente de 9 a 12, salí de la habitación del hotel a las 10 y no me la limpiaron.

Cons:

Salimos por la mañana y cuando volvimos después de comer tras limpiar la habitación dejaron la puerta abierta por supuesto con todas nuestras cosas dentro.
Puede ser un despiste pero ....

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del centro y en una zona muy tranquila. Es un hotel sencillo para pasar un par de días. Las camas y las almohadas muy cómodas.

Cons:

La limpieza está bien pero el segundo día nos dejaron sin las toallas suficientes, las sábanas estaban manchadas (no las habíamos dejado así ni mucho menos) y no nos dejaron rollo higiénico de repuesto.
