Classic high-ceiling apartment with kitchenette, great staff, in a great location - and parking!
Pros:

Location was excellent, near the Piazale Michelangelo on the south side of the river. Quiet residential area. Free parking on site! The manager, Angelina, was great. Checked in on us to make sure the air conditioning was working (it was). Classic property (high ceilings), great location, comfortable.

Cons:

Better seating area/couch. Moka pot for coffee was fine for us, but some might want a coffee maker (and frying pan).

Pros:

Angelina was a fantastic host, the location is perfect if you want to be near the city but have a bit of quiet. Her knowledge of local restaurants and cafes should be heeded, some of the best food I've had in 3 trips to Florence. Couldn't recommend it more.

Literally nothing.

A beautiful place to stay.. it felt like we were living like the locals. Angelina was lovely and made us feel so welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly highly recommend.

Gated parking, safe neighborhood, 20 min walk to bridge over the Arno to historic district. 40 min walk to Duomo. Kitchenette was very convenient. Beautiful grounds.

Cons:

Washcloths would have been nice but evidently they are not provided in many European cities, unless you’re at a 4 star hotel.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt. Außerordentliche Gastgeberin
Pros:

Die Lage außerhalb der ZTL und die (kostenlosen) Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück sind perfekt für Ausflüge in die Toskana. Die Gastgeberin Andrea hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und sich außerordentlich gut um uns gekümmert.

Cons:

Der Verkehr auf der Straße ist tags und nachts leider sehr laut.

Pros:

Uitstraling van het pand is evenals de locatie (voor ons op loopafstand van stadscentrum) fantastisch. Kamer is erg ruim en heeft een kitchenette; heel praktisch. Zonder ontbijt, maar heel dichtbij diverse leuke broodjeszaken. Heel prettig: auto op eigen terrein achter de authentieke poort. Locatie om aan te bevelen.
