We are staying in Lucca for a few weeks and needed a vaca so we took the train to Venice for 3 days.
This Hotel (not really a resort) is located a 5 min walk from Santa Lucia Train Station.
Venice is walkable but given all the canals, it is nice to have a place close to the station but not too close.
The staff were all very attentive. A special shout out the breaky staff, they put out a great spread of items. Everything we tried was very tasty - especially the cappuccino.

I surprised my husband with a stay here for his birthday and we were both blown away by our experience. The location is perfect and, in our opinion, far enough from too much of the tourist insanity and loud crowds; granted, it is still only a short walk to the more touristy areas so the hotel is very convenient. They are able to arrange private watertaxis from the airport and elsewhere which makes getting to and from the hotel easy and convenient. If you stay we, we highly recommend this option as it is expensive, but the most easy and less stress way. The best part of our trip though by far was the amazing bartender, Indrit! He worked the bar each night we were there and was without a doubt the kindest person we met in Venice. His attention to detail and precision were incredible and I don't think I'll ever have as good espresso martinis as his. His happiness and quality made our stay here so much better and special!

ヴェネツィアの趣のある古き良きホテルといった感じで、オシャレな庭園もありとても良い雰囲気です。部屋は少し古めですが清潔で何不自由なく快適に過ごせました。
スタッフの対応も良く、英語が拙い自分達にもゆっくり分かりやすい英語で喋っていただき、とても助かりました。

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Venice. Everything was perfect, from the hotel arranging transfers to and from travel centers, to the responsive and knowledgeable hotel staff. The rooms were well appointed and the grounds were beautiful. Stay here and enjoy a glass of wine on the Grand Canal, highly recommended!
The place was fantastic. The location is perfect. I would go back in a heartbeat. The staff are very friendly, helpful and genuine. There are two outdoor gardens on the ground which is rare for the area. We loved the back rose garden on the main canal. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. I will stay there again my next time in Venice which can't come soon enough! Tip - regardless of where you stay (I recommend this place). Hire someone to port your luggage. When we arrived, it was hot and fairly busy. There are a ton of stairs over the bridges and having someone taking your luggage on a cart directly to your hotel makes the arrival experience much better. The concierge will book someone to take you back upon checkout. Highly recommended.
Another day in Venice would have been great. Our room was on the main floor and very spacious and furnished very nicely. We definitely loved it, but I remember hearing the kitchen near one area of our room early in the morning. It really didn't bother me, and my wife probably didn't notice. This is the only thing I can think of to put in this spot. The place is fabulous. I definitely recommend it.
Wunderschöne Lage direkt an zwei Kanälen, toller Garten. Das ganze Haus hat viel Charme, tolles Ambiente. Sehr großes Zimmer, mit Balkon (allerdings Benutzung bei Hitze nur gegen Abend an geraten). Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit Auswahl an Antipasti, vielen leckeren Käsesorten, Kuchen, Rührei etc. Frühstück im Garten direkt am Kanal möglich, sofern man ein Auge auf die Möwen hat - nur solange der Tisch besetzt ist, halten sie Abstand.
Eine wunderbare Oase mitten im Trubel, die allerdings ihren Preis hat. Vom Bahnhof ca. 15 Minuten. Mit viel Gepäck evtl. Gepäcktransport zu empfehlen (oder evtl. ein Boottaxi, Anlegestelle direkt am Hotelgarten.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Ca' Nigra Lagoon. Staff were kind, accommodating and pleasant to interact with. Room was very ornate and a comfortable bed. Enjoyed having a view of a Venice canal. Breakfast had a nice variety, and tasty.
An amazing and unique place in Venice. Located just a 5-minute walk from the train station, in a quiet and elegant area. Beautiful house with a large private garden and a very special atmosphere. The breakfasts were delicious, rich, and varied. The staff provided outstanding service and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommended.
