Adresse exceptionnelle
Pros:

Idéalement situé à proximité de la gare et du People mover. L'hôtel dispose de 2 incroyables jardins verdoyant en plein cœur du quartier Santa Croce, dont s'ouvre sur le grand canal ! La chambre de luxe 11 est immense et luxueuse, très calme avec accès direct au jardin. Nous avons été émerveillés par l'hôtel et avons reçu un accueil aussi adorable que professionnel. C'est sûr, nous reviendrons !

Cons:

Petit bémol pour la climatisation un peu bruyante de la chambre. Mais aucun problème pour dormir sans clim, il ne faisait pas trop chaud

Pros:

La struttura è elegante, con un affaccio molto bello sul canale e un giardino interno molto piacevole. Il personale è gentilissimo. La colazione non molto varia ma di ottima qualità.

Cons:

Il giardino, che sarebbe molto bello, è un po’ trascurato e la pulizia di alcune parti comuni era insufficiente.

Un soggiorno fantastico in un ambiente meraviglioso in una città unica !
Pros:

Camere impreziosite da elementi storici, cortesia straordinaria dello staff, posizione impagabile perchè vicino alla stazione ma in piena atmosfera veneziana , vista sul canale molto caratteristica

Preciosa inmersión veneciana.
Pros:

Hotel clásico y muy bello, precioso. Personal amabilisimo. Situación perfecta . Dos jardines preciosos, uno de ellos habilitado para desayunar y con servicio de bar vespertino

It could be so much better
Pros:

The room was very clean and the daily maid service was as of a high standard. The front desk team were friendly and welcoming. The grounds of the property and gardens are well maintained and charming.

Cons:

The breakfast staff were very disappointing. They let this property down. It was almost like they didn’t want to be there and they made you feel very uncomfortable even asking for a coffee - it was like this was a huge chore for them. The breakfast selection is poor and is not kept stocked up - no glasses for juice, pastries not restocked - it’s a case of when they are gone, they are gone.
