Please note that the spa opening hours:
Monday closed
Tuesday to Sunday 10:00 until 14:00 and from 17:00 until 21:00
Use of a bathing suit, flip-flops, and towel is obligatory. It is not possible to use the room towels, guests can rent towels.
Children aged 4 to 15 years old can only use the spa from 10:00 to 12:00, accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under the age of 4 years old cannot access the spa center.

When booking more than 9 rooms, different payment and cancelation policies, additional supplements may apply.
Pets Allowed. A supplement of EUR 35 per pet per night applies. It is necessary to confirm that it is a reservation to stay with pets and call the hotel to check availability and make sure that the room has everything you need. Pets are only allowed in the pet-friendly double room. Pets are not allowed in the other rooms. Upon arrival at the property, guests will be provided with the access rules, which they must read and accept.

Room was large, AC worked well, staff was amazing.
My window was close to the hotel's outdoor elevator and the elevator was making a loud "clang" every time it reached a certain floor (2 or 3 I think) on its way down. The SPA is not included in the room price.
That was waking me up in the morning. While close to a metro station, it is far from the main attractions in Barcelona.

Safe, quiet location close to shops and food places
Not being able to lock the bathroom door
The location was great, there were bakeries, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes walk or even closer. The Metro bothe Metro station are very close by that makes transportation very convenient. Also if you decide to use an Uber it doesn't break the bank we went from the city central to the hotel in Uber for less than $30.00. The staff was very nice and welcoming.
The pool, I booked it with the hopes of enjoying some pool in our chill day, but my kids and I didn't like it, very small compare to the picture, also the water was very cloudy you could just see it from the surface and it didn't had a very pleasant smell. The room was OK, however we were put in the handicap room not sure why it was big, but the bathroom would get drenched every time we would take a shower I the drain line that they have doesn't take all the water and water goes every where which we had to be super careful cuz it was very slippery.

Gostei muito de ter ovos feitos na hora (tortilha ou frito revolto). Quarto com cama super confortável, chuveiro excelente com banheira e limpeza maravilhosa também. Gostei muito do spa, mas achei o valor caro para hospedes.
Todos os dias no café da manhã tinham as mesmas frutas e não tinha leite sem lactose quente p/ colocar no café. Quarto não tinha itens p/ conforto do hospede e tinham q ser solicitados (gorro de ducha e outros). Equipe da recepção poderia ser mais disponivel para ajudar o hospede a se movimentar na cidade, especialmente os funcionários do sexo masculino que não tinham paciência e interesse em ajudar quando eu perguntei, por exemplo. Achei o valor do spa caro para hospedes, bem como o valor da massagem (por isso só usufrui do spa).

Estaba limpio, la habitación un poco pequeña, el baño estaba bien, sólo advertimos al personal que comenzó a gotear el techo del baño para que lo tengan en cuenta. El gimnasio muy bien
