Everything except the old lady at the reception.

Cons:

At the reception, there was an unfriendly elderly woman who spoke inappropriately and was strict about check-in hours. Because of this, I had to hold a meeting in the empty bar at 4 PM, as she wouldn’t allow me to check in even 10 minutes earlier, despite the room being ready. During this trip, I visited several places, but this was the only one that enforced a strict 4 PM check-in policy. The woman’s tone was quite outrageous, making the check-in experience unpleasant.

Hotel ao lado do Santuário
Pros:

Da localização, muito próximo do Santuário. Boa cama, bom chuveiro e tudo muito limpo.

Cons:

Pode melhorar o café da manhã. Havia poucas opções de frutas, não tinha requeijão.
