Très bon séjour à Madrid dans un hôtel à situation exceptionnelle
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel du 22 au 29 août dernier, en chambre 212.

Tout s’est très bien passé, de l’accueil chaleureux des réceptionnistes à la propreté de la chambre, en passant par la très bonne situation de l’hôtel. Nous nous sommes sentis à l’aise dès notre arrivée.

Nous tenons particulièrement à remercier Isabela Merder, la responsable clientèle, pour ses petites attentions tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons notamment beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions dans la chambre et la jolie carte d’au revoir que nous avons découverte le dernier jour. Cela nous a vraiment touchés.

Un grand merci également à Angelica, à la conciergerie, pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Elle a toujours été disponible et attentionnée.

Une très belle expérience et un hôtel que nous recommandons avec plaisir. Nous y reviendrons certainement lors d’un prochain séjour à Madrid !

Для быстрого шоппинга и прогулок по центру - замечательный отель
Pros:

Расположение замечательное. Всё рядом, шоппинг весь рядом. Рестораны рядом.

Cons:

Отель находится в самом центре, очень много людей вокруг. Если хочется более спокойного жилья. Это не этот вариант.

Great stay, would return
Pros:

Best location, right next to Metro. Glorious rooftop bar, gets very busy as non residents come for views and cocktails. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Long wait for the lift. Not much lounge space - due to shape of building

I had a great stay at NH Gran Vía and would definitely come back. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Excellent experience from beginning to end. The hotel was wonderful, the room was very comfortable and well maintained, and the service was outstanding.

The staff were kind, professional, and always helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything felt easy and well organized.

I had a great stay at NH Gran Vía and would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

بسنتر gran vìa نظيف و الموظفين محترمين و خدومين

Cons:

اللوبي كان سيء ما كان حلو مو كبير صغير بس الموظفين حبوبين ، الاوتيل بليل يصير زحمة عند المدخل مع زحمة gran vìa فهذا يسبب ازعاج و مضايقات عند الدخول ، الاوتيل حلو بشكل عام بس في افضل بنفس السعر
