C’était très bien, ma famille et moi avions aimé. Tout était à proximité. Le personnel était très accueillant et disponible. Mention spéciale à Antonio qui s’est très bien comporté avec nous. De plus pas mal du personnel parlait français

Buen lugar para pasarla bien!!!
Pros:

El Hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de los puntos turísticos relevantes y tiendas importantes sobre la Gran Vía.
El personal es muy amable, y las comodidades son muy buenas. Cafeteras con capsulas nespresso o cajitas de te y agua de cortesía hacen la diferencia. Desayuno en piso 8 para contemplar la ciudad y roof top en piso 9 para tragos por la noche con excelente vista.
La limpieza de la habitación, blanquearía, instalaciones es impecable. Sin dudas volvería a este hotel de volver a Madrid.
