The best hotel staff ever
Pros:

The best and everything is perfect , the staff are amazing and they are super nice and helpful, room is nice and clean and you can find everything.

O quarto era muito espaçoso e bem iluminado.

Cons:

A localização é boa, mas está em um ponto de fluxo muito intenso de pessoas.
A recepção está muito antiga e precisando urgente de uma boa reforma.
O grande fluxo de pessoas ao roof top formando fila na porta da recepção torna o ambiente bem estranho.

Great Location. Beautiful modern rooms.

Cons:

The hardest bed I ever slept on. This was my only complaint. Uncomfortable bed. They need to offer Netflix and Youtube on their TVs

Great Hotel... great Staff... clean and quiet...
Pros:

The location, room, and breakfast... all went well. The 8th floor help desk was GREAT with mobile phone help and printing the airline departure tickets. Bathroom plumbing facility had no problems. Safe was kinda awkward being too close to the floor (hard to get down there for a 78 year old).

Cons:

Everything was excellent.
