BUYER BEWARE *** KEPT MY MONEY
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. I was driving to the hotel and encountered horrible roads. I realized I would be very late checking in so I tried contacting the hotel to let them know.

THEY NEVER RETURNED MY MESSAGES. TRIED CALLING SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO ANSWER. THEN, AFTER SEVERAL CALLS WITH NO ANSWERING OR ANSWERING MACHINE, THE PHONE WAS NOW BUSY.

REQUESTED A REFUND FROM BOOKING, AND THE HOTEL DECIDED TO KEEP THE MONEY.

Kahvaltısı ve Old city'ye yakınlığı.

Cons:

Oda'da elektrik prizi yetersizdi.İçme koymamışlardı.Banyoda bide su sızdırıyordı banyo pis su içinde kaldı.Çift kişilik yatak çok küçüktü (309 nolu oda).Kartla açılan elektrik anahtarı bozuktu.Çalışanlar yardımseverdi ana ingilizceleri yetersizdi.4 yıldız gözüküyordu ama en fazla 3 yıldız kalitesindeydi.

Cons:

Stanza molto piccola, mancava acqua nel minibar che abbiamo pagato a parte alla reception. Hotel non da 4 stelle.

All in all a great stay.

Cons:

The price rates displayed at the property showed that the hotel was indeed a lot cheaper than what we payed on Booking (even including a genius discount)

Moreover, a second blanket would have been nice.

Terrible experience. Not polite staff, not good facilities, not good breakfast.

Nothing. I do not see any positive side about this property.

Cons:

Dirty rooms. There are some plug-in near the bed that DO NOT work. Sofa and curtain were dirty. The electric kettle had a very bad smell. Staff not very friendly.
