Une certaine idée d'un petit palais vénitien...
Pros:

D'abord l'accueil par le propriétaire comme si nous étions vraiment les hôtes d'un petit palais vénitien.
Puis la chambre, au calme d'une impasse étroite sur un Canaletto, malgré la toute proximité de la place Saint-Marc avec tout le confort. sans oublier le petit-déjeuner à notre guise.
Bref, un très agréable hôtel au coeur de Venise !

Extremely helpful and friendly owners / managers and recently re-done facilities. Spacious room with a nice roof-top view. convenient location near San Marco, but a bit away from the crowds.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been a bit more imaginative (e.g. fresh local cheeses instead of processed cheese). The person who makes it and serves it is super friendly though!

Sejour parfait, inoubliable et surtout prêt à recommencer.

Magnifique maison typiquement vénitienne, l'accueil est exceptionnel, beaucoup de très bon conseil nous sont donnés sur la visite de la ville, les points d'intérêts, les restaurants, les musés, .... la chambre est parfaite, la literie et la propreté aussi, belle salle de bain et la ruelle très calme. A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une bouteille de prosecco rosé pour nous mettre tout de suite dans l'ambiance, encore merci. Le petit déjeuné est varié et très copieux, salade de fruit frais chaque jour, oeufs, croque-monsieur, ... tout pour bien commencer la journée. Et surtout fabuleux accueil de nos hôtes qui nous donnent l'impression de nous connaitre comme des habitués de longue date. Merci pour l'adresse de ce super restaurant juste à coté de l'hôtel. Ce sera avec plaisir que nous reviendront chez vous.

Cons:

Honnêtement tout a été parfait. Si il faut vraiment mettre un point noir, peut être l'ascenseur en panne et la baignoire un peu dure à enjambée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite .

Pros:

Ce logement, bien situé, très propre et proche de la place St Marc (mais au calme), n'est pas vraiment un hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant, sympathique et aux petits soins. La chambre était confortable, bien décorée mais la salle de bain très petite : il vaudrait mieux mettre une douche plutôt qu'une baignoire coincée entre 2 murs.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourtant servi à table par une dame très agréable et attentionnée, était très décevant : croissants industriels, thé en sachet Twinnings, confitures et miel comme on trouve dans une cantine, le fromage n'était autre qu'une sorte de vache qui rit, jus d'orange en brique... le tout servi sur des tables trop petites. C'est le seul bémol du séjour.
Aucune vue de la chambre, la ruelle étant très étroite, l'immeuble d'en face est à moins de 1,5m de la fenêtre de la chambre.
