Relais Venezia

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was located within walking distance to every key destination but had the tranquility of a private home. Our visit felt especially memorable because of the amazing hospitality of our host, Frederico. From the moment we landed, Frederico attended to every detail with wit and humor to ensure that we had everything we needed to navigate the city. We also had a beautiful view of the city from our room. A big thank you to Frederico!

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Besonders beindruckt haben mich die unglaublich herzlichen und aufmerksamen Gastgeber - man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Frühstück außergewöhnlich.
Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

A acomodação está muito bem localizada. As instalações são lindas, decorada com muito bom gosto. Excelente café da manhã, servido com todo carinho pela Elena. Mas o que mais nos encantou foi a cordialidade e receptividade do anfitrião, Federico. Super recomendo!!!

The location was excellent and the breakfasts were delicious. The two brothers that own the hotel were extremely helpful and kind. We had two rooms and the one on the top floor was absolutely perfect. That was the one my husband and I stayed in. I would definitely stay there again.

Un piccolo gioiello nel cuore di Venezia, pochissimo distante da piazza San Marco, in una calle tranquilla senza rumori dove si può rilassarsi e dormire in santa pace senza il baccano dei locali che strimpellano tutta la notte. La camera era molto grande e arredata con gusto classico. All’arrivo un cordiale drink di benvenuto, apprezzatissimo. Impeccabile la pulizia con cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Una piacevole sorpresa è stata la colazione servita in una stanza elegante. Abbondanza e qualità con prodotto freschi come la Macedonia preparata al momento. Un elogio alla signora che ci ha servito e ci ha fatto sentire “coccolati”. Infine lo staff : Federico e Leonardo sono stati estremamente professionali e cordiali. Ci hanno seguito e fornito assistenza per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Ci hanno aiutato a prenotare Taxi acquatici con arrivo extra puntuale. Ottimi i consigli di dove cenare e come muoversi nella laguna di Venezia. Questo Relais per come è strutturato e per quello che offre è ben più di un albergo a 5 stelle. Extra consigliato. Relias Venezia was exactly as pictured in the listing. I really expected the property to be somewhat less than pictured because listing photos are staged, but that was not the case. The property is beautiful & quietly elegant. It was also spotless! I am a detailed cleaner & notice corners & such. The staff kept it spotless the whole time we were there! It didnt just appear clean, it WAS clean, which speaks to high standards & attention to details. The location was amazing - just far enough off San Marco to be quiet & peaceful, but we could be anywhere with a short walk. The staff was just wonderful as mentioned in other reviews. They were very helpful and kind. The water taxi was able to pick up just meters from the door - we took a shared taxi from the airport to San Marco & walked with luggage just because I didn't realize how close a private taxi could drop us off (I just assumed we couldn't get closer- my mistake!). Our standard room was very spacious, a good bit larger than expected, with a full size couch, lots of counter & wardrobe space, & open space to move around without getting in each other's way. Super comfy beds & pillows with quality linens.
I would highly recommend the property & the price was more than reasonable.

Très bon accueil, très bon sens du service. Hotel très propre et très joli bien placé en plein centre. Bon petit-déjeuner, personne gentil, serviable et à l'écoute du client. Je recommande vivement.

L’accueil est excellent avec une bonne localisation. Le service au petit déjeuner est soigné et personnalisé malgré des tables un peu petites.

Wszystko nam się podobało! Od samego w pokoju, który miał wenecki klimat, czystość na idealnym poziomie, niesamowicie uprzejma obsługa i idealna lokalizacja, kilka minut do Placu św. Marka. Bardzo dobre były również śniadania, można było sobie wybrać opcje do przygotowania na śniadanie, nawet gluten free. Naprawdę polecam!

Team at the hotel were really good - we felt like they were really personally connected to the hotel. Room was lovely and location was excellent.

Well kept. Friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast. A water taxi to the airport pulled up only metres away. Great!

wspaniała lokalizacja, czystość na najwyższym poziomie! bardzo ale to bardzo miła obsługa! klimatyzacja, wszystko na najwyższym poziomie! śniadania obfite i bardzo smaczne. przesympatyczny personel, bardzo pomocny!

Gentillesse du personnel, lit confortable, chambre propre et très bon déjeuner

sehr ruhiges und kleines in einer seitengasse gelegenes hotel. sehr schönes sauberes zimmer, schönes bad. sehr gutes frühstück. am vorabend kann man frühstückszeit und was man alles essen möchte notieren und dann wird alles in einer schönen longue im 2. stock serviert. super nettes personal. haben vorab mit uns via whatsapp geschrieben und uns tolle tips zum parkieren und wegbeschreibung zum hotel mitgeteilt. auch tolle empfehlung für restaurant erhalten.
