Excelente ubicación, espacio y trato del personal
Pros:

Destaca la excelente ubicación, muy cerca del Duomo, del tranvía que conecta con el aeropuerto o la estación de tren. También las habitaciones son muy cómodas y espaciosas, perfectas para estar en familia. Por último, destacaría el trato y atención del personal. Lugar 100% recomendable en Florencia.

Residenz Hilda hat Tag zuvor abgesagt und umgebucht in ein anderes Haus. Räume kaum gereinigt, dutzende tote und mehr lebendige Fliegen, durchgelegene Matratzen.

Pros:

조식은 따로 포함되어있지 않았음. 매우 넓고 청결한 객실. 좋은 위치. 응대도 친절하고 빠릅니다. 간단하게 해 먹을 조리도구들도 모두 포함되어 있어서 여행 중간중간 잘 활용했습니다.

Cons:

수압이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 와이파이가 공사중이었던 것 같고요. 그것 말고는 다 만족스러웠습니다.

Wunderschönes Appartement mit AC mitten in der City. Küche bestens eingerichtet, sehr sehr nette und tierliebe Dame an der Rezeption. Hat auf unseren Hund aufgepasst, ein tolles Restaurant empfohlen und uns 30€ Parkplatz Ersparnis organisiert.
