Residence Hilda was a nice, spacious and centrally located accommodation in Florence
Pros:

The location was very good - close to everything but just far enough to be peaceful. The room/suite was spacious and nicely appointed. Staff was kind, though we mostly came and went outside of their hours.

Cons:

The wifi was not working at the time. Also, I would have enjoyed a cafe or bar on property, but there were nice options just next door or nearby.

Pros:

Nada, cancelaron mi habitación una hora antes de llegar

Cons:

No solo cancelaron la habitación sino que ofrecieron un lugar de mucha menos calidad, al no aceptarlo me dejaron en Florencia sábado por la tarde sin alojamiento y Booking hizo lo mismo.
No vaya a Residence Hilda
Por cierto todavía no he recibido mi dinero.

AMAZING STAY AT A BEAUTIFUL HOTEL IN THE BEAUTIFUL CITY OF FIRENZE! (FLORENCE)
Pros:

Residence Hilda is an awesome hotel very close to the Florence Duomo. In fact you can see the beautiful dome of the duomo from the entrance of the hotel! Just gorgeous! We had an amazing apt style unit with one bedroom and one sofa bed (attached to the kitchen area). It was easter Sunday and the reception was closing early - but we were given detailed instructions for check in with a remote option to open the main door to the hotel and to the unit. We loved the place - everything is very close by and walkable ! Location is unbeatable ! Will definitely stay here again! Thank you to our host and the lady who came to help us on sunday when we were checking out (sorry forgot to ask her name). Amazing place!

Cons:

AC was not on - but did not bother us . The weather was very pleasant outside and we could keep the windows open for a bit. But sharing for awareness.

An absolute 10/10 stay for 9 weeks! Perfect location near the Duomo with spacious, well-equipped apartments. The bed was fantastic, and the choice of pillows (memory foam/down/hypoallergenic) was a luxurious touch. The staff are the heart of this hotel—professional, warm, and incredibly dog-friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better Florentine experience.
