השהיה היתה נעימה, אוירה טובה, משפחתית, האוכל היה טעים וטרי. כולם היו מאוד אדיבים ומסבירי פנים.
Pros:

ארוחת הבוקר היתה עשירה וטעימה. הכל היה טרי וטעים וכמובן כשר (חשוב מאוד עבורנו).
החדר היה נקי, משופץ ונעים.
אמנם לא היתה מרפסת או נוף יפה, אבל זה היה בדיוק כפי שתואר באתר. קיבלנו בדיוק מה שציפינו לקבל.
הצוות מאוד נעים ואדיב.
בהחלט נשמח לשוב.

Hyvä hotelli muutaman yön majoitukseen
Pros:

Siisti huone, hyvä sänky, toimiva suihku ja ilmastointi/viilennys. Ikkunat rauhalliselle ja hiljaiselle sisäpihalle. Riittävä aamiainen ( aamiainen on kosher ).Hyvä sijainti. Lähellä metro, kävelymatka Wienin ydinkeskustaan.

Cons:

Huoneen jääkaappia ei saanut säädettyä (säätö ehkä näkymättömissä jääkaapin takaosassa??) ja juomat jäätyivät. Tästä annoin palautteen jo hotellissa, toivottavasti tulee korjattua.
Respan henkilökunta voisi olla ystävällisempi ja enemmän asiakkaita huomioiva.

גם המקלחת והשירותים קטנים ונקיים

Cons:

המזרון היה מאד רך ולא נוח
הזמנו מיטת תינוק ולא קיבלנו !
יש לציין שבגלל השעה המאוחרת לא הביאו מיטה עם מזרון אבל הפקיד מהקבלה עשה מעל ומעבר כדי לעזור לנו - ומצא מיטה קטנה (בלי המזרון) ולכן שמנו כמה שמיכות נעימות

Pros:

Location is great, staff is super super friendly. We arrived early and since we only stayed one night and the room we booked wasn’t available yet they gave us an upgrade, thanks again! We had a lovely stay in the room!

Cons:

We didn’t know they wouldn’t serve meats etc. at breakfast. The breakfast is really good though, but it located in a Jewish area, so just keep in mind that they serve kosher foods instead of an fully ‘English buffet style’ breakfast ;)

Alles Top! Würde es wieder buchen
Pros:

Das Zimmer sah genau so aus wie Beschrieben.
Das perfekte Hotel für einen Mädels-Trip zu dritt, da für jeden ein Bett zur Verfügung steht, was wirklich nicht leicht zu finden war.
