Pros:

Excellent position, new and modern hotel, in a quiet area, very close to nice lakes and to neuschweinstein castle.
Room was very clean and staff is super friendly.

Cons:

The pillow definitely need to be changed, it’s too soft and low, not comfortable

Unser Aufenthalt war o. k., das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aber eher auf der hohen Seite.
Pros:

Ruhige, idyllische Lage nahe Zentrum und Seen. Gutes Früstück

Cons:

Empfang kühl und und unpersönlich. kein Wasser im Zimmer und Zimmerdienst nur alle zwei Tage. Dass mir Letzteres auch noch als Dienst an der Umwelt und Nachhaltigkeit verkauft wird, empfinde ich eine schwer nachvollziehbare Argumentation.

Pros:

Sehr schön gelegen mit Blick auf die Berge. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber mit schönem Balkon. Frühstück war super und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Kostenlose Parkplätze.

Posto bellissimo lo staff gentilissimo e ci aiutava non conoscendo nemmeno l'inglese. Posizione fantastica si raggiunge fussen a piedi in 5 minuti.

Excellent hotel with outstanding value for money
Pros:

What a lovely hotel. You can clearly feel that it is family-run. Everything feels personal, and the staff are wonderfully attentive and friendly.

The rooms, breakfast and spa are very good for the price, and the location next to the Lech and 10-15 min walk from the centre of Füssen is likewise excellent.

There are a few things that lack the streamlined professionalism found at higher-end places (e.g. the shower gel was empty when we received our room), but these are minor issues, and at any rate you don't pay for high-end service either.

The hotel was quiet, and the beds were very good. Breakfast is as it should be, and the dinner menu worked well.

Pros:

Very nice breakfast and room view. We appreciated the bike parking.

Cons:

The trash and the towels were not changed after the first night. Super basic room.
