Very comfortable stay
Pros:

Very clean, quiet and spacious room with excellent double glazing that completely shut out the traffic sounds. Exterior shutters were a welcome addition to protect from the heat of the sun. Well positioned for a pleasant walk through the old town.

Cons:

The hotel doesn't particularly have kerb appeal but once inside it is very nice. Communal areas would not stand out as 4 star.
Would have liked to have continental breakfast included in the price.

Good choice for Basel
Pros:

Very convenient hotel just on edge of old town and easy to get to on public transport. Good size room was comfortable and very quiet considering the hotel was full. Good breakfast is served on the top floor and staff were very helpful throughout, with plenty of literature and maps available to make looking around Basel easy. Overall a good choice to stay in this interesting city.

Uitstekend, heel vriendelijk en meedenkend personeel.
Pros:

De kamer, we kregen gratis twee upgrades. Een heerlijk balkon met uitzicht over de oude stad. We waren maar kort in Basel en hebben met een klein rondje vanuit het hotel het mooiste gedeelte kunnen zien. Het personeel was ook supervriendelijk, we mochten voor het hotel parkeren omdat we ‘s ochtends weer vroeg zouden vertrekken.

Çok iyi
Pros:

Odalar geniş, ferah, yatak çok rahattı. Lokasyon olarak merkeze çok yakındı. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar her konuda çok yardımcı oldular.
Tren istasyounu kullanacaklar için önünden 30 numaralı otobüs geçiyordu. 5 dk içerisinde istasyondasınız.

Cons:

Herşey mükemmeldi.
