La ubicación y la comodidad y tranquilidad de las habitaciones.

Cons:

El baño. Están separados el váter y el bidé de la ducha y el lavabo y es incómodo. Eso no se puede cambiar, pero sí se puede mejorar, creo yo. Echamos de menos jabón en el bidet y escobilla de váter y servilletas en el lavabo.

Pros:

Fantastique à tous points de vue. L'hôtel est très bien situé, la chambre était très propre. Le personnel est extrêmement aimable et le service est de grande qualité. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Good hotel in a good location
Pros:

Great location for bars & restaurants and Plaza. Very friendly English speaking staff. Large, comfortable room with treats. Discount on carpark fee if paid through hotel - Telpark parking Portugalete underground car park very close but narrow entrance/exit.
