Bien placé mais service à revoir
Pros:

Bien placé. Dans un quartier plutôt calme mais à deux pas du centre ville. Belle vue de la chambre sur le Jungfraujoch. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables.

Cons:

Les wc dans la salle de bain. Dommage vue la taille de la chambre.
Le service du petit déjeuner est à repenser….

Pros:

Beautiful location: balcony facing the river. Very close to interlaken west and grocery stores.
The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious, and the bed was comfortable.
The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good enough.

Cons:

There was no fridge in the room, but when we asked, they brought a small one. Why don't you simply put one in each room so that no one needs to beg for one.
The pillows were too soft, and even if we asked for 2 extra ones, they were all the same. They swallowed my head in completely.
The room was clean, but they didn't remove dirty plates and glasses for 2 days, well until the day we left.
The furniture was also outdated.
In general, it was too expensive what what we got.

Hôtel au calme et idéal pour visiter Interlaken sans prendre la voiture
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville à pied.
Places de parking à côté de l'hôtel
Accueil sympathique du Personnel
Chambre confortable, grande salle de douche
On a pu prendre le petit déjeuner (buffet varié) tous les jours dans le beau jardin au bord de la rivière.

Cons:

Emplacement pour décharger les bagages devant l'hôtel limité à 2 voitures, mieux vaut arriver avant tout le monde.
Armoire dans la chambre trop petite pour les vêtements et pas d'étagères ni tiroirs alors que la place ne manque pas.

We got the room 120, there was WiFi coverage, the Ac smells like we are right about the kitchen. The smell was not pleasant at all.

Location was excellent, within walking distance of the city center and the train station. The biggest plus was the effective air conditioning.

Nice old hotel on the river, but our room did not have a river view.
Pros:

I probably expected more of this lovely old hotel, but in hindsight, I think it was a bit overpriced. They were busy with renovations so to step in to the property was not ideal. Nice room, with a little terrace we enjoyed for lunch. Did not include breakfast, there was a few nice bakeries and coffee shops in town we preferred.

Cons:

I think the location is good, on the river, but the renovations unfortunately detracted from this. I think they should have informed guests that they were busy with renovations, so a person could choose something else. I think the hotel is a bit overpriced for what you get.
