Wir hatten eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unternunft und konnten nach dem täglichen Trubel die Ruhe genießen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Gut gelegen, um den Trubel (Markusplatz, Rialtobrücke) zu erreichen, aber auch nicht weit zum deutlich ruhigeren Teil, in dem auch die Bienale ist.

Ein erstaunlich gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Küche ist nicht unbedingt gut für Selbstverpfleger eingerichtet. Wir haben diese auch nicht groß genutzt.

A beautiful stay on the canals in Venice :)
Pros:

The location is stunning, overlooking the canals in venice. The balcony is directly above a canal and the view was amazing at all times of day. The venue provided detailed instructions include directions for a water taxi from the train station as we were checking in outside of check-in time and were very good at communicating with us.

Cons:

It was perfect :)

Belle découverte, adresse que nous retenons pour notre prochain séjour à Venise
Pros:

nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de la personne qui nous a accueilli,
la situation de cette résidence était parfaite pour nous et nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié que le taxi vienne
directement devant la réception de l'hôtel, pour nous emmener à l'aéroport, nous soulageant ainsi des bagages.

3 noches en venezia dos personas
Pros:

Se comunicaron por whatsap en tiempo y forma dando indicaciones precisas de qué transporte tomar y cómo llegar incluso con mapa, lo mismo al retirarnos. Nos recibieron muy amablemente en el mostrador del edificio principal y nos permitieron dejar las valijas mientras preparaban la habitación. Luego nos avisaron cuando estuvo lista, nos dieron llaves y nos acompañaron a la misma. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de restaurantes (la osteria chez rami santa giustina excelente) y atracciones turísticas. Seguro de noche (eramos dos mujeres). La habitación es super comoda, amplia con ventanas que al cerrarlas aislan sonido. Habitacion aparte con frigobar, bacha, tazas, vasos y pava eléctrica. Cama grande. Almohadas cómodas.

Cons:

Es un primer piso por escalera en nuestro caso no hubo problema. Muy seguro.

La ubicacion es buena, la cama de la habitacion principal es muy comoda y la cocina es amplia y muy comoda tambien.

Cons:

Lo que no me gusto es que las camas de las otras 2 habitaciones son muy pequenas, exageradamente pequeñas, no te puedes girar por que te caes.

Es un lugar no recomendable ni por privacidad ni por vista.
Pros:

El lugar no cumplió con lo que reservamos. Ya que la publicación es muy engañosa!!. Muestra fotos de un jardín que no existe y nos dieron un departamento frente a una obra con un andamio a dos metros de distancia con ruido y gente que te ve cara a cara . Cero privacidad y ruidos molestos . No es lo que muestra la página . Tengan cuidado antes de reservar

La obra en frente con trabajadores y el andamio más el ruido . Tampoco que muestren una cosa y te den otra.
