Highly recommend!
Pros:

Clean, spacious, great air conditioning, comfortable beds, quiet. We had an easy walk from the ferry. The staff sent us very clear directions to locate the property.

Cons:

The stairs to the loft bed are steep so they may be a challenge for some people.

Obsługa bardzo pomocna na każde pytanie odrazu odpowiadała, pomocna we wszystkim.

Cons:

Klimatyzacja słabo działała ale i tak rano sie wychodziło i przychodzilo sie wieczorem, gorzej ze lodowka słabo działa i po wyjęciu karty lodówka sie wyłączała.

Perfect stay in Venice!
Pros:

Everything was great! Clean and bright apartment. Near the ferry station (about 5 min). Close to the city centre. The supermarket is about 3 min away. Restaurants and cafes nearby. I really recommend this place.

Cons:

They don’t have the elevator.

Fabulous location , lovely apartment, as other reviews said, quiet but in walking distance to St.Marks. Our little balcony over looked the canal , which one as really charming. The bed was comfy.
Thank you Paolo on the reception who went above and beyond to show us directions back to the water bus for the airport walking with us and carrying a case for me up and over bridges exceptionally kind

had a wonderful stay at Corte Nova. From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. The receptionist was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free.

The property itself is very nice—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with a charming Venetian feel. I also really appreciated the clear and detailed directions provided from the airport to the hotel, which made getting there much easier than expected.

The location is ideal: tucked in a safe and quiet area, yet still just a short walk to the heart of Venice. It offered the perfect balance of peaceful rest after a busy day of exploring, while still being close to all the main attractions.

Overall, a fantastic stay with warm hospitality and great convenience. I would happily return again.
