We loved the location. It was super central. The room was also lovely and I loved the oat milk in the room, as well as the bar fridge.

Lovely building and location right in the heart of the centre next to some much more well known and expensive branded hotels. Lovely decor, and staff friendly when met them.
Personal taste but bed was a bit firm; and only one pillow - but the staff immediately provided more when asked. No lift so upstairs to the second floor but tricky with a suitcase.

La habitación está muy bien aunque los alrededores del hotel pueden ser ruidosos por el ruido de los aires acondicionados de un hotel vecino. La atención del personal del hotel es cálida y son de gran ayuda para desenvolverse por la ciudad, tienen sugerencias según tus gustos y necesidades, etc.

The only thing that would make the hotel better would be a lift for older patrons. A hard thing to ask in a classic beautiful building.
A beautiful building in a great location, right in the city centre. The staff were really cheerful and extremely helpful, even surprising my friend with a little birthday cake and candle at breakfast - a really thoughtful gesture - thank you.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast, which was served in the medieval basement was delicious with lots of choice.
The hotel was in an excellent location, a great place for accessing all the local attractions.
We really enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to stay at Hotel Malleberg again.

Excelente ubicación, fácil acceso a pesar que no había gente en la recepción. Muy amable quien controló el check in y cuidó el equipaje al salir. Ubicación inmejorable para recorrer la plaza Burg y la que llaman el mercado.

The location of this beautiful hotel is perfect! The hotel itself is so well curated, the rooms are newly renovated and super big and comfortable.
The breakfast is amazing and there’s home made hummus which is to die for! Everyone is super friendly and you’ll feel right at home! I loved my stay!
La ubicación excepcional. La atención inmejorable y el hotel y nuestra habitación muy bonita. El aire acondicionado en ola de calor fue un punto y el desayuno, mermelada casera, dulces, salado…un 10!. Fuimos con mi hija. Tiene algunos juegos en el cuarto de estar de la entrada y lo pasamos bien. Recomendado sí o sí. La chica de recepción agradable y sabía español. Nos ayudó mucho.

Great location and we really liked the vibe of the hotel. We were upstairs, so you do need to be able to walk the stairs and carry your luggage. However we really liked the room and liked the small garden out back. The location was perfect amd the staff helped us find the perfect lunch spot.
When we were there, it was very hot. The room did have air conditioning, but as we were up at the top floor, it was a bit hot. This was not the fault of the hotel. It was as a very unusual heat wave. We came to explore the city, so this was not a problem as we did not spend our time in the room during the day.
