Excellent Location and Great Value
Pros:

Excellent location, just off a central square. Super quiet room. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Comfortable beds. Very lovely owners and team members. Would stay here again.

The hotel rooms are simple but nice and clean

Cons:

The fire protection instructions aren‘t clear. The building is narrow with many stairs and i believe it would be difficult to escape in case of fire

If back in Bruges again I know where want to stay.
Pros:

Hosts Eva & Neils were so friendly, receptive and personable.Great communication before and on/after arrival.
Historic building is a calm space on edge of the historic centre, conveniently located for all activities.
House is maintained with taste, and comfort.
Breakfast with a smile in beautifully renovated vaulted brick cellar.
Love to come back

We loved Bruges and we will recommend this hotel to everyone.

We loved the location. It was super central. The room was also lovely and I loved the oat milk in the room, as well as the bar fridge.

Lovely little hotel in a fab location
Pros:

Lovely building and location right in the heart of the centre next to some much more well known and expensive branded hotels. Lovely decor, and staff friendly when met them.

Cons:

Personal taste but bed was a bit firm; and only one pillow - but the staff immediately provided more when asked. No lift so upstairs to the second floor but tricky with a suitcase.
