Pros:

Good location as it's walking distance to the sightseeing places. They had fans in the room so that was handy.
The staff were pleasant and always had a smile.
The reception was going to be unmanned, but the instructions left were clear so there was no problem in accessing the room.

Cons:

It would have been good to have the facility to make a hot drink - tea or coffee in the evening - they did serve it for breakfast but there was no kettle.

I found the pillow a bit hard so I slept without it.

If you find stairs difficult then not having a lift could be a problem, that was no issue for us.
