Pets are only allowed on the first floor, because of this, the hotel has a limited amount of pet-friendly rooms. A request at the moment of booking is highly encouraged to guarantee your pet-friendly room.

Lovely hotel, comfortable rooms, excellent customer service.

Cons:

This is not the hotels fault at all, but the folks staying in the room right next to mine were obnoxiously loud. The hotel offers an after hours security guard number to call and their way of handling it is to call the loud guests asking them to keep it down. Unfortunately they continued a little longer after that probably out of spite. Again it’s the low quality of the humans in that room not the hotel.

Thankfully they checked out after that night. But unfortunately the next day it was a large group of young men out on the balcony of the hotel right next door. They were no more than 20 feet away drinking talking laughing and making loud crowd like “OOOOHHH” sounds during their conversations. I took this one upon myself and walked over to the edge of my balcony and asked them to please keep it down. They eventually did quiet down.

Again none of this is really the hotels fault. But it was my honest experience.

Das Hotel ist ein traumhaftes ,traditionelles Gebäude.. mega,darum hatte ich mich für dieses Hotel entschieden.
Das Frühstück rund um den Pool war mal etwas ganz anderes.Es gab unerwarteterweise immer Platz.Das Frühstück bot alles was man braucht...von Eiern,über frisches Obst ,Müsli und Yoghurt,bis zu Bagels und frisch gebackene Waffeln alles.

Cons:

Das Zimmer welches wir zu viert hatten war doch etwas klein.Wir reisten mit 4 Koffern und waren 3 Nächte dort.Es ging ,da man ja mehr unterwegs ist,aber komfortabel war es dadurch nicht. Würde das Hotel trotz dessen für Urlaube in Key West
Freunden weiterempfehlen,da es so typisch für dort war. In moderne ,nichtssagende Hotels kann man überall.
p.s.da es nirgends erwähnt wird.Die Zimmer haben kleine Bäder mit Dusche und genügend Shampoo und Lotion.Kühlschrank ist im Zimmer und Eiswürfel +Wasserspender/Teezubereiter sind am Pool.

It was a great place. Clean, comfortable and had a cute little morning breakfast by the pool. Would definitely stay here

Déception, aucune insonorisation
Pros:

Emplacement plutôt proche des centres d’activité. La piscine est agréable et le petit déjeuner également.
La chambre était propre.

Cons:

La chambre occupée n’avait aucune insonorisation avec les voisins que j’entendais regarder la télé, parler, ronfler etc… chambre 108 qui donne pile sur la piscine avec les cris des enfants etc.
J’ai demandé à changer de chambre, on m’a expliqué que les hôtels à Key West étaient tous comme ça. Plutôt déçu vu le prix.
