Pros:

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt; die Lage ist toll, das Hotel ist schlicht aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man konnte beim Frühstück schön draußen sitzen und es gab viel frisches Obst.

Cons:

Die Parkgebühren sind recht hoch, aber im Vergleich zu anderen Parkhäusern in Freiburg mit 19€ pro Nacht ja im Freiburger Schnitt.

In una struttura tipica della zona (case a graticcio), un hotel moderno, ma accogliente,pulizia e cortesia top.
Ottimo ristorante che pero ha mantenuto i suoi arredi originali, molto belli.
Il paese è molto caratteristico.

Diese Unterkunft kann ich sehr empfehlen
Pros:

In einem ruhigen Quartier gelegen und doch ist man in fünf Minuten zu Fuss in der Altstadt. Zimmer und auch Frühstücksraum sind in einem ruhigen, modernen Design eingerichtet. Parkhaus ist ganz in der Nähe.

Cons:

Es könnte etwas eng werden im Frühstücksraum, wenn das Wetter kein Frühstück auf der Terrasse zulässt.

Cons:

Personal Unaufmerksamkeit, Worte wie "Guten Morgen, Guten Tag, Hallo, alles in Ordnung etc. scheinen nicht im Vokabular vorhanden sein ,zumindestens bei der Rezeption
Einfach ärgerlich das ein Hotel scheinbar aufgrund schlechter Schulung einem in schlechter Erinnerung bleiben wird. Auch Handwaschbecken und Boden sollten täglich gereinigt werden.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Hotels haben uns gut gefallen. Das Frühstück bietet ausreichend Auswahl.

Cons:

Der Service wirkte während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts eher distanziert als gastfreundlich. Eine herzliche Begrüßung bei der Anreise blieb ebenso aus wie ein freundlicher Umgang beim Frühstück oder eine persönliche Verabschiedung beim Check-out. Insgesamt entstand leider nicht der Eindruck, als Gast besonders willkommen zu sein. Das haben wir in dieser Form noch nirgends erlebt.

Ein tolles Hotel für eine Städtereise ins wunderschöne und entspannte Freiburg.
Pros:

Sehr sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer, leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück, perfekte Lage um die Innenstadt schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Personal war freundlich, teilweise waren die Abläufe beim Service (Frühstück, abends an der Bar) etwas chaotisch und unorganisiert. Eventuell lag dies teilweise an zu wenig Personal.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Innenausstattung gepflegt. Das Frühstück war gut. Sehr günstige Lage zur Innenstadt.

Cons:

Leider ist der Frühstücksbereich zum Sitzen sehr klein und eng. Wenn mehrere Besucher des Hotels zum Essen kommen,kaum Sitzplätze - teilweise mussten einige Warten bis ein Platz frei wurde. Irgendwie ungemütlich...
