Pros:

Horrible experience. Would never stay here again. They wouldn’t change over my towels. Didn’t refill water. Said they had parking and then didn’t inform us we would be charged and Charged us 75 euro for parking.. super rude staff. Arrived at breakfast 10 minutes before closing and they told me they were closed and I could t eat after I had already got my food and sat down and had 10 minutes before they were supposed to close anyways. Wouldn’t bring my Uber Eats upstairs or bring anything to my room.

Pros:

This hotel was in a perfect location. We had clean towels daily, hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived to early to check in but we were able to store our luggage so we could explore the city. Lovely hotel and I would stay here again.

Love Barcelona, not the hotel
Pros:

Location near luxury shopping and long walking to major attractions

Cons:

Very noisy during the day even though we were in a room that faced the inside of the hotel, not very clean, lobby is crowded and not enough seating, meh check in experience- very generic hotel.

Localização excelente, bairro agradável com comércio e restaurantes. Café da manhã delicioso e a cama sensacional.

Dois pontos a mencionar negativamente
1. Tivemos que trocar de quarto 2 vezes porque o ar condicionado não funcionava e o último quarto que ficamos o ar condicionado não funcionou na última noite. Dia em que estava um calor insuportável.
2. Vaza muita água do chuveiro para o banheiro, deixando o banheiro muito molhado, assim como o tapete.
