Séjour très agréable dans un superbe hôtel.
Pros:

Les chambres très confortables. Ma demande de douche à l'italienne a été bien respectée.
Le service au petit-déjeuner et le choix présenté étaient parfaits. Excellent service aussi à table lors des repas. L

Cons:

L'accueil à l'entrée pourrait être plus chaleureux. Le fait que nous ne parlions ni espagnol et très peu d'anglais a un peu compliqué les rapports et donné lieu à l'une ou l'autre mauvaise compréhension.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!
Pros:

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Barcelona and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel is located in a beautiful, clean area with excellent transport connections. It was very easy to reach all the major attractions, shops, and other parts of the city.

The check-in experience was one of the smoothest I have ever had. I completed my registration online before arriving, and when I got to the hotel, my room was already prepared and ready for me. What surprised me the most was that I had booked a standard room, but the hotel upgraded me to a Deluxe room with a private pool and terrace. It was an incredible surprise, and I was genuinely touched by this gesture. A huge thank you to the hotel staff for making my stay so special.

Although I did not book breakfast, I decided to try it, and I was very impressed. There was a wide variety of options, including freshly squeezed orange juice, different egg dishes, pastries, fresh fruit, vegetables, cold cuts, and much more. Everything was fresh and delicious.

I would also like to highlight how thoughtfully designed the room was. From the moment you enter, the TV automatically turns on with pleasant music, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room smelled wonderful, there were plenty of towels, excellent air conditioning and ventilation, a proper hairdryer, an iron, and even a shoehorn. Every little detail had been considered. As a traveler, I felt that absolutely everything I could need was already there.

Overall, I loved everything about my stay. I have already recommended this hotel to all of my friends, and I would happily stay here again in the future.

Could stay here again next time we visit Barcelona
Pros:

Excellent location, friendly and helpful front staff including the person who helped us with our luggage. 5-10 minutes walk to metro and walking distance to main attractions.

Cons:

The room was a bit warm, as the AC wasn't cooling effectively; it was set at 18C and couldn’t go any lower. Additionally, the halogen lights in the bathroom and main room generated excessive heat; switching to cooler, energy-efficient bulbs would be a great improvement. In the bathroom, the sink drained poorly, and the half-glass shower door was a poor design, as it allowed water to splash onto the floor. Furthermore, the keycards were overly sensitive and demagnetized frequently, despite being kept away from our phones. Finally, while the rooftop bar and pool concept is fantastic, the pool itself is disappointingly small—it feels more like a fish tank

Pros:

Fint rum och inredning. Jättefin terrass med avsvalkningspool att hänga på. Mycket bra läge på hotellet, älskade området! Även takpoolen var ett plus.

Cons:

Rummet hade en väldigt konstig doft som aldrig varit under de två dygn vi var där. Försökte vädra o ha på acn men det hjälpte inte. Sängarna var också hårda så man fick ont när man sover på sidan. Sov två nätter och hade inte pallat mer. Sängen gnisslade mycket också så man hörde varje rörelse den andra gjorde tyvärr. Det var också väldigt lyhört ut mot korridoren.

Very good hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Very good location, nice room, comfortable bed. Good rooftop bar and swimming pool, very friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant at hotel.

Pros:

We were checked in at 6:00 PM instead of the promised 3:00 PM. After only two days, we are being asked to check out at 12:00 PM. We kindly asked to extend our stay until at least 2:00 PM because we are elderly people and two members of our group are disabled. Unfortunately, our request was refused, even though our flight is at midnight.

Lovely location and staff!
Pros:

Great rooftop pool and comfortable beds. Felt safe and secure, great location.

Cons:

Far too hot when showering, need better ventilation for smaller rooms. Hardly any staff on rooftop during the day, had to walk to reception to get towels and drinks, which isn’t the service we paid for. Staff were lovely though.
