Pros:

Molt bona ubicació, al casc antic. Personal amable i atent.

Cons:

- L’olor de l’ambientador a l’allotjament és massa intensa, sobretot al vestíbul de l’edifici.
- Habitació molt calorosa.
- L’aire condicionat és insuficient i molt sorollós.
- Detalls mal acabats i neteja al límit.
- Llit poc confortable.
- Relació qualitat/preu excessiva.

Decent sized room in the old town of Bilbao
Pros:

Great location in the old town. Check in was really easy at the hotel down the road. My room was really big with the window to an internal courtyard so quiet at night

Cons:

No tea/coffee making facilities. Other than that, pretty good value for money considering other accommodation in Bilbao

Brilliant stay!
Pros:

Location. Perfect for access to metro, surrounded by cafes, bars & restaurants. Walking distance to the Guggenheim, Funicular & market.

Cons:

Room was basic but good value for cost. Very comfy bed.
Would have liked a kettle!

Pros:

Locatie is echt top, midden in het gezellige oude centrum, vlak bij het drukke Plaza Nuevo en de talloze Pinxto barretjes. Het 'hotel' heeft zelf geen receptie maar sleutel en b.v. koffer-opslag vindt men bij hotel Letoh Letoh, 100 m verderop met zeer hulpvaardig personeel. Ruime kamer met veel opslagruimte, 's-avonds rustig.

Can't beat this location at this price
Pros:

Great customer support, helped me change my room to a higher-floor one for the second night when it was too stuffy in my first room.
Excellent location, you are one step away from the world of tapas!

Cons:

For the lower floors, the room could be stuffy; understood from the staff they were doing maintenance that day when I was staying there

Нам очень понравилось расположение, чистота в номере, новая система сантехники , великолепный напор воды. Отделни хочется отметить отношение персонала. Очень внимательные и гостеприимные ребята . В фойе был кофе, чай и мармеладки. Рядом было прекрасное кафе, где можно было позавтракать.

Cons:

Наш номер выходил на улицу. Шум от ресторанов был по вечерам достаточно серьезный. Для тех, кто не может спать под крики людей в ресторане - лучше брать номер с окнами во двор.

Camera esenziale e silenziosa, ottimo il bagno. Buona posizione, nel centro storico. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Siccome la camera si trovava all'ultimo piano, si riscaldava durante la giornata e l'aria condizionata non era molto potente. Ho avuto dei problemi con il WiFi.

Clean apartments in the heart of the old town
Pros:

Clean, spacious room. Lots of storage, powerful shower. Sometimes when we stay in the old town we worry about the noise, but this place was super quiet despite being in the heart of things.

Cons:

Would like tea/coffee facilities in room. Would also appreciate some milk at the coffee station.

The staff is friendly. Room was very clean. Fantastic location.

Cons:

These things weren’t big issues but did feel the room was over-priced considering them. Room was cold and it took awhile for the wall unit to warm the space. Odd thing: there was no sheet between myself and the blanket. When i asked about it, i was told they don’t provide one because it’s a two star facility. I wore long johns so it wasn’t a problem. Check in location was different than where i slept.
