Great location in the middle of the old town, but a bit of street noise, but it wasn't too late. Could hear the person in the next room. Nice modern bathroom.
No tea and coffee facilities in the room, there were some on the ground floor, but no milk and no where to store some if we bought some. No fridge in the room. The block is unstaffed, so you had to check in at a near by hotel. For the price, I expected it to be nicer than than it was. No personal touches. The prices if you booked on other platforms were much cheaper than what we paid, which was almost double. The room was a little dark not helped by the paint colour choices.

Super clean room. Comfy bed.
La situation géographique est super, la rue piétonne est animée, avec bars, restaurants et tavernes ou manger des pintxos traditionnels, tram et bus juste à côté. ma chambre donnait sur une cour intérieure très calme, la chambre était grande et confortable, la propreté ok, le personnel réactif par message. Je me suis sentie en sécurité.
Ils ne servent pas de petit déjeuner contrairement à ce que suggère les photos. Ce qui m'a le plus incommodée c'était les parfums d'ambiance bcp trop forts. Assez peu insonorisé, on entend les portes, les allees et venues dans le couloir, un voisin ronfler. J'ai peu apprécié l'établissement vide, avec réception dans un autre établissement (même si proche de l'hotel et facile d'accès). La Lumière verte de sécurité dans la chambre perturbé mon sommeil.

Being in old town you do get some noise in morning with balcony door open and room was a little dark and lacking natural light. I think thats likely problem of any place in tall narrow streets of old town in Bilbao
Great location in the old town. Very clean room. Maids come every day. We were in 503 which is an accessible room therefore more spacious. Our daughter was next door in 502 which was smaller. Staff were lovely- you check in a few doors down in a sister hotel. There’s working space on ground floor and a lift.
Nothing. Would have appreciated a bottle of water but this is minimal.

Hotel nel centro storico di Bilbao. Stanza grande, pulita e profumata. Spazio comune in cui si può leggere, studiare oppure prepararsi un tè o un caffè (messi a disposizione gratuitamente).
Zona ricca di ristoranti e bar.
Tutte le attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti e la fermata della metro è a pochi passo

Puso mucho problema en darnos dos camas. Después de enormes discusiones , separaron dos camas en una pieza igual y nos cobraron más. Se demoraron hasta el último día en darnos dos llaves.
Struttura centrale, staff molto cordiale. Stanze essenziali e ben isolate dal caos del Casco viejo.
My daughter stayed in this room for one night, then stayed another because her plans changed. We had the room next door so we could compare. Both are extremely clean but hers was quite small with quite a small shower.
Saturday night was expensive but Sunday was less than half price.
Das Zimmer selbst war sehr nett und harmonisch eingerichtet, das Bett und Polster fand ich sehr hygienisch und bequem. Im Badezimmer war sogar mit BD und es gab durchgehend angenehm warmes Wasser. WLAN hat gut funktioniert (nachdem wir es geschafft haben zu aktivieren). Das Leitungswasser ist trinkbar (wenn man es mag). Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Aufenthaltsbereich mit Wasserkocher und Schwarztee/Löskaffee, Nüssen und Gummizeug. Die örtliche Lage ist total zentral nur wenige Gehminuten zum U Bahn Hauptverkehrspunkt und dem Fluss und der Altstadt, direkt in einer beliebten Gasse mit zahlreichen guten Restaurants.
Erst kurz vor der Anreise wurde kommuniziert, dass die Rezeption und Check in in einem ca 200m entfernt gelegenem Hotel ist. Die Fenster strassenseitig sind kaum schalldicht, der fröhliche Lärm aus der Gastronomie war (va am Wochenende) bis spät in die Nacht, teils nach Mitternacht zu hören. Es gibt keinen Safe, keine Haken für Jacken und nur eine Ablagefläche im Bad.
The staff were very helpful, the hotel is modern and clean. The location is great, right in the old town, round the corner from the cathedral, and above some lively pintxos taverns, and very close to the river. It was easy to find, and a QR code gave access to wifi, and information about checking out. The room had air conditioning, though the weather was not too hot. Slept really well. Staff were happy for me to leave luggage at reception on check-out day.
Don't expect a view, but you're staying in the back streets of the old town, so that's understandable. Bumped my foot on the shower tray (just clumsy), but apart from that, plenty of room of one or two people.
Good sized light and airy room. Very clean except Velux windows! Nice clean bathroom and great shower.
Loads of clothes storage space. Added bonus was a comfortable settee and coffee table in the room.
Good facilities in the foyer, where there are tea and coffee making facilities and very comfy armchairs.
Excellent location right in the heart of the old town. Vibrant area with lots to do but still nice and quiet at night. Perfect.
