The room was dirty, the bathroom was awful, I couldn't wash in there. The walls were covered in dirt, carpet had marks all over it including a red substance, I paid for a room with WiFi and breakfast, no WiFi or breakfast was offered. No staff around to speak to about any problems, My door had to be wedged shut.
When I got back into the hotel late after a concert there was a rat running along the hall living it's best life. I Will not ever stay there again, for a woman travelling alone it will never be my first choice of places to stay.

As it’s an old building the drainage system smelt a bit but was bearable! Also would have loved 2 pillows instead of one x

Pillows are really thin and they don't have extra in the room. They state parking is available but 3 spaces outside which are used by staff most likely is not really off road parking. Kettle needed a deep clean. Nearby streets are all permitted parking.

Nothing to complain about. The property was okay

The shower was awful. The breakfast was Ok. I was on the ground so I was on the main road next to the traffic lights. Also The TV didn't work. But I was there for the football so it done for one night and the station was very close

The cleanliness was absolutely terrible. Shower plug hole was full so when you ran the shower it flooded into the bedroom. Dirty walls. Curtains hanging off the wall and dusty skirting boards.
When asking for another pillow I was told no because they are fully booked.
No breakfast delivered on the Sunday.

Messy, very unclean. I am not a ‘clean’ freak but I was uncomfortable staying in the room. Smelt like somebody had been smoking in the room. Air freshener in the room was empty and a fire risk as it was overheating. Wardrobe broken and bent, dust everywhere, tea coffee facilities unusable due to dust

No air conditioning as well as tv was not working, no staff were available in the receptionist desk.

Dirty, TV didn’t work, tiny shower and no toiletries. Breakfast waste - freezing cold and couldn’t confirm time. Dirty pillows and wouldn’t give another.

Very loud inside and outside property and lacked sleep

Sadly I hate to be the person to write a bad review but until they update things and cleanliness I wouldn’t recommend. I’ve never experienced a hotel where a tv wouldn’t be able to reach the plug socket (attached to the wall), the bed stand light had no plug socket to connect too, no AC, not asked about dietary needs just staff rocking up to the bedroom with a fried breakfast - there wasn’t an opportunity to sit in a breakfast room, to add we waited at the “24/7” check in desk for 10-15 mins until someone arrived to check us in. The worst out of it all though was the white like body fluid stains on the curtains. If it wasn’t for my budget I would’ve tried something else. Just save the extra it ain’t it.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The pictures did not match the room. The shower head was rusty, there were stains on the wall, there was a weird smell and the electric sockets weren’t working properly. The manager refuses to give me a refund and claims the hotel is under renovation. If so, this needed to be on the property’s description or else I wouldn’t have wasted my money on this place. Instead of paying £61, I paid £68 to be able to have a refund fee, and now the manager refuses to give me my refund.
