Location was good.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Above shops on one of the main street in city center. Lots of choice for food and drinks with being in the center.
To say we were surrounded by pubs, wasn't too much noise in the early hours from outside.

Cons:

Room was on top floor. Very steep narrow stairs. Room doors need soft closures on as could hear every door slam shut on all floors. Don't think I would stay here again due to all the stairs.

Good. Not luxurious but it's all I needed for one night in order to prepare for a night out.
Pros:

Only stayed for one night as I was on a night out with a friend. The lodge was quiet, no noise issues and I got a good night sleep, plus my room was clean and tidy with tea making and bathroom facilities. I did not need breakfast as there are places, including Wetherspoons nearby. I also enjoyed a discount with Gyou Hut as part of my guest privileges.

Cons:

Steep stairs but that can't be helped. No reason to dislike the lodge.

buena ubicacion, suficiente para solo dormir
Pros:

la ubicacion es fantastica, las camas estaban comodas y las sabanas limpias

Cons:

el hotel es un edificio remodelado de hace muchisimo tiempo en muy mal estado, alfombras rotas, gomas de los banos y ventanas muy avejentadas, por el precio mucho mas no puedes pedir en confort, pero si un pco de mantenimiento

Pros:

Location was perfect. Really liked that the staff made an effort to make the room comfy - how towels were presented on the bed, shower gel & shampoo available, beds were made exceptionally well.

Cons:

It was the overall quality of the room, bathroom and communal stairwell that let it down.

The most filthy room in cardiff
Pros:

Cons:

It was a very old building. When I get in smell awful, they gave me the room 9 it was on the fourth floor. Every floor had two different stairs so I should run up 8stairs. I get I a filthy room with crack walls and dirty floor. The carpet was old and stinky. The windows didn't open and I had a small dirty fan. The room was very warm, I couldn't breath. The toilet smell bleach but it was birty. Of course I couldn't stay in this room. I left. I preferred to sleep in my car than in this room. I don't recommend to anyone.

Cheap and cheerful
Pros:

Location for what I needed to football in cardiff.

Cons:

Lots of stairs to room i booked. Carpets looked tired and tested with Rips in on the huge flight of stairs. Room was attic room which was moderate size. Only booked it cheap as would have struggled to get a train back home after evening kick off. For the 40 quid plus I paid it did the job to be honest.

Good location for most attractions. Clean, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Facilities are dated and steep stairs with no elevator. Expensive considering the facilities I expected a much higher standard for £100+ for one night!

We returned the key to reception and returned home .
Pros:

The property is in a good area but that’s about the only really positive thing I have to say

Cons:

Firstly the reception was most uninviting.Because its in a fast food restaurant , the staff were busy dealing with customers.
There was no welcome from the staff whatsoever.
We received the key and entered the property the stair carpet was ragged in places .
The property is not suitable for elderly people who have physical issues as the stairs are steep .
The room was clean with clean sheets and towels however the view over looked a building being rebuilt.The sash window is a hazard for anyone with a small child as there was no guard preventing an infant from falling out .
The worst issue for us was the really bad damp smell which was intense.
The property said that there was WiFi but this wasn’t the case .
We decided to to leave !

j'ai aimé la localisation

Cons:

les lits. Ce sont des lits à 2 étages donc 3 personnes les uns sur les autres. Dès que quelqu'un bouge, tout le monde bougeait, c'était affreux. Je n'ai pas du tout dormi.
De plus, les salles bains et toilettes étaient loins des chambres donc pas pratique du tout et la literie était affreuse.
