Pros:

We had an absolutely perfect stay and highly recommend this place. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. The apartment was huge, spotlessly cleaned and decorated with exceptional taste. The staff gave us a local restaurant recommendation that turned out to be absolutely perfect.

Great area, staff were wonderful, room was super clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Our room was great (nice and cold from the AC unit) but my sister in laws first rooms AC was not working properly. The staff moved them to another room but it wasn’t much better. I think some rooms need new AC units.

muy buena opcion en el centro de Ravena, calidad y buen servicio.
Pros:

Ubicacion excelente, a 200m de la Piazza del Popolo. Buen desayuno, provisto en la habitacion. Apartamento amplio y bien equipado. El restaurante justo enfrente es magnifico!

Cons:

Recepcion necesitaria mas personal, el proceso de checkin fue muy lento. Muchas escaleras para arrastrar maletas!

Perfect stay in an exquisite penthouse apartment with breathtaking rooftop views
Pros:

We have just returned from our trip to Ravenna, and I can honestly say this was the best rental experience I have ever had.

Located on the fourth floor, the apartment exceeded all our expectations. We were immediately blown away by the beautiful rooftop terrace, filled with plants and lush foliage, comfortable seating, and an exquisitely designed welcome area. A spiral staircase leads to an even higher rooftop level, where you are rewarded with the most glorious panoramic views over the historic city and the magnificent Basilica of Saint Francis.

Inside, the attention to detail is simply outstanding. The stunning kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with every utensil you could possibly need, along with beautiful crockery suitable for entertaining a large group. It features a Smeg fridge, dishwasher, Lavazza coffee machine, and so much more.

The thoughtful breakfast provisions—including cereals, juices, water, and milk—were a wonderful touch and a real time-saver. Everything was replenished daily, making us feel truly cared for.

The lounge is spacious, elegant, and comfortable, while the large en-suite bedroom and luxurious bathroom are beautifully appointed. There were plentiful towels, quality toiletries, shampoos, and everything needed to ensure a relaxing and perfect stay.

Despite being located in the heart of Ravenna's historic centre, just a two-minute walk from Piazza del Popolo, the apartment is incredibly peaceful and serene.

We cannot rate The Reunion Apartment staff highly enough. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to every detail made our stay truly exceptional. Enrica went out of her way to ensure our booking was exactly as we wished for and was most attentive during our stay. Alessandro was also very helpful.

These apartments are absolutely first class, and we would be thrilled to return one day. Highly recommended!

Pros:

The staff were INCREDIBLY kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. At every encounter they called us by name and asked how they could help. Multiple times they went out of their way to accommodate and ease our trip. They were beyond what is expected and even beyond what is hoped for. AMAZING!!!

Cons:

I legitimately cannot think of anything to even nit pick. There was nothing we lacked, nothing that needed correcting, and nothing I would suggest to change or differ.
