Perfect spot
Pros:

A super king bed was very welcome in a heatwave, we had an additional pull out bed we didn't have to use. Access to a lovely shared garden space. Perfect location for all the UNESCO sites.

great having air con and being in centre of Ravenna but the apartment did not meet expectations
Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful. Air con. Generous provision of drinking water. Provided soya milk, and fresh milk when asked. And one extra portion of butter for breakfast (the 3 small portions provided seemed to be for 3 breakfasts).

Cons:

Breakfast provided only in room and was poor. Breakfast was just packets of cereals (rice Krispies and sweet muesli), packets of dried 'bread' and lots of sweet stuff. We bought fruit, eggs and bread but the kitchen area did not have a bread knife. The rooms were dark with little natural light.

Great location!
Pros:

I was VERY pleased with the staff and the room was nice. They took extra care in the amenities. My issue was finding the entrance. I walked passed it 2 times. It WELL located to fine respond the City Information Center.

Cons:

The bed threw me off when I first saw it…it was round! Also there is four dining chairs but nothing comfortable to sit on, especially since the bed was round and had no headboard. Plus, there is no lobby.
