Estuvimos en familia alojados por 3 noches , no hubo posibilidad de late checkout , pero nos dejaron depositar las malet

La ubicación ,la amabilidad del personal en recepción y el hecho de que la habitación puntualmente ya estaba lista para ingresar a las 15 hs

El servicio a la carta del desayuno , abundante pero poco variado y con poca empatía del personal que sirve

Excellent experience!
Pros:

The location is excellent, being at a small side road reduces the noise to zero, we slept extremely well and finally the breakfast was delicious and very rich. The staff was attentive and always very helpful. Thank you for this amazing experience. We will be back soon!

Buena relación calidad precio pero no volvemos

La ubicación, las instalaciones. El desayuno, me refiero a la comida muy bueno. La atención es otro tema.
La persona de recepción de la noche, un amor atento, distinto al personal de bienvenida de ese día.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos, una acogida extraña, no nos sentimos cómodos. Cero bienvenida. Y el desayuno un chiste, la persona a cargo, vestida de azul, tan pero tan desagradable. Las personas de blanco , nada que decir muy agradables. Deberían tener cámaras para evaluar cómo se atiende a los huéspedes. Viajamos mucho, habíamos estado en ese hotel varias veces, no volvemos y no lo recomiendo.
La Terraza faltan cojines de respaldo, los jabones pegados de La sala de baño, los bidets sin jabones, tuvimos que comprar.

Pros:

The location is great! Heart of Salamancas districts. No tourists at all, felt like a locals one. The room for three girls was spacious enough. Loccitane cosmetics. Every day cleaning and towels change.
