EXCELENTE HOTEL.
Pros:

Lo primero que debo resaltar es la amabilidad y la disposición de servicio y ayuda que tienen siempre todos los empleados. Hemos sido clientes desde hace varios años y aunque las tarifas han subido mucho,vale la pena hospedarse en este hotel porque además de las comodidades que tiene, la ubicación es magnífica.

Cons:

Sigo insistiendo en que el desayuno se puede mejorar con una variedad mas amplia de productos.Por otra parte, deberian poner una maquina de hielo en algún lado para comodidad de los huespedes.

Muy cómodo y bien ubicado.
Pros:

Para quien busca estar en el barrio Salamanca , la ubicacion es muy buena. Cercano al Parque El Retiro y al comercio de calle Serrano. Las habitaciones comodas y amplias, con kitchenette y el baño con una ducha muy funcional. La atencion del personal muy atenta y dedicada.

Cons:

El lobby del hotel es pequeño.

wonderful stay
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is in short distance from everything, but not in a congested area. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. Most of all, the staff is excellent, all of them. The gentlemen at the front desk are always attentive to the guests' needs. Aziza who cleaned our room was extremely accommodating to our schedule in order to clean the room, and she left it spotless.

Cons:

breakfast is too expensive and it is not a buffet.
