Un buen hotel calidad-precio en el Barrio Salamanca

La localización y el tamaño y limpieza de la habitación

Cons:

Por algún motivo esta vez oímos ruidos durante la noche. Creemos que eran exteriores, de la calle, aunque la calle de entrada al hotel no tiene locales de ocio nocturno. En todo caso, mejor aislamiento en las ventanas ayudaría a mitigarlo

Pleasant and convenient
Pros:

Location was excellent for our purposes and generally as it is in an area very well communicated with the rest of Madrid. The hotel was nice and our room was quite large and I was surprised that it had cooking facilities although we did not need them. The room and the main areas were nice and clean and easily accessible. The room was quiet and well appointed. The bathroom was modern and clean although the glass panel should probably be a little bit longer to avoid water seeping out. The amenities in the bathroom were good and plentiful. The coffee machine was good although we did not use it but we are familiar with it. The people in reception were polite and efficient. In general it was a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The bed was extremelly hard and being of a certain age it hurt my hips when I was lying on my side. I found it very uncomfortable. The lights were difficult to figure out. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom was set far too high to be useful. There was no soap dispenser near the bidet which I found strange. The toilet kept running at times and we had to press it a few times to make it stop. The hot water in the shower was not hot enough, it was just tepid.
