Liked the patio was needed especially with the weather being hot
hotel posizionato in un'ottima zona, molto tranquilla e soprattutto centrale e vicino alla stazione victoria. staff super gentile e il servizio per lasciare le valigie è super comodo ed utilissimo.
Well located, fan in room which was good for the heatwave, not too bad for a short stay.
There was a yeast smell in the room and some surfaces were dirty, and others stained or rusted.

I am requesting a partial refund of £100. This hotel was one of the worst stays we have ever had and far below the reasonable standards of customer service.. We booked a 2 night stay but when we checked in on the first day the person behind the desk said there was an issue with creating a key card for our room. The person called someone else who said there was 'maintenance' being done to the double and twin rooms with en suite but they 'upgraded' us to family suite. We would also need to check out the next day and re checkin and move rooms. The 'upgrade' was far from it. The shower had no hot water. There was a red stain on one of the towels which looked like blood. The toilet was not cleaned properly and there excrement and urine stains on the toilet. We went to reception on day 2 approximately 9am and we asked if our room would be ready to move to and we were told no and that we would have to come back at 2pm and check in again. We expressed our disappointment and was met with a very unhelpful sorry with no help to resolve. The reason for the partial refund request is clear. We booked a 2 night stay and did not have full use of the room for at least 4 and a half hours. I have already left a google review of this subpar service. Please respond to this rquest within 7 working days. Many Thanks

It is a basic accommodation, perfect for resting before taking the train back to the south coast after a night out at a concert.

Anche se le stanze erano piccole l'hotel era abbastanza accogliente, i letti comodi, la doccia spaziosa con acqua bollente. Ci sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani una volta al giorno e lo staff è sempre stato veramente gentile, permettendoci di lasciare le valige nel loro deposito sia all'arrivo che quando siamo tornati a casa dato che avevamo l'aereo la sera tardi.
Posizione ottima, si trova a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro (che si collega alla maggior parte delle linee) e a poco meno dalla stazione degli autobus che ti portano direttamente all'aereoporto.
Zona veramente tranquilla.
L'ascensore non è presente e le scale sono strette quindi è abbastanza limitante con le valigie. I termosifoni, tralasciando quelli del bagno, anche su richiesta non funzionano e passano spifferi dalle finestre quindi può essere veramente freddo, anche se il letto è dotato di piumoni anche a giugno, compensando il tutto.
Cercania de Palacio de Buckingham, Abadia de Westminster, Big Ben… barrio muy tranquilo y limpio
Nada que ver los cuartos que te muestran en el website . Baño olía super mal , nunca pasaron en los tres dias a limpiar o cambiar toallas . Todo viejo , con oxido .
