Levar com vento a noite toda
Cons:

A minha experiência neste hotel ficou muito aquém do esperado para um hotel de 4 estrelas.

O hotel é bastante antigo e isso nota-se claramente nas instalações. O estacionamento é anunciado como gratuito, mas, na realidade, existem apenas cerca de 5 lugares disponíveis, o que é manifestamente insuficiente para a dimensão do hotel e, inclusivamente, para os próprios funcionários.

O pior de tudo foi, sem dúvida, o quarto. Fiquei na cama individual, que estava colocada mesmo ao lado de duas janelas. As janelas não vedam minimamente bem e entrou imenso vento durante toda a noite. Tive de dormir praticamente sempre coberta e, quando sentia calor e me destapava um pouco, sentia imediatamente o vento. Foi uma noite bastante desconfortável.

Outro aspeto que considero muito negativo foi o serviço de limpeza. Às 9h20 em ponto, bateram à porta a perguntar se podiam fazer a limpeza. Dissemos que ainda nos estávamos a arranjar, pelo que foram para o quarto ao lado. No entanto, começaram a conversar praticamente aos gritos, ouvindo-se tudo perfeitamente dentro do nosso quarto. Mesmo que quiséssemos continuar a dormir, tornou-se impossível. Considero que houve uma clara falta de consideração pelo descanso dos hóspedes.

Além disso, o Wi-Fi não funcionava e o secador de cabelo era praticamente inutilizável.

No geral, tendo em conta o preço que pagámos e aquilo que encontrámos, considero que a estadia não valeu de todo o dinheiro. Para um hotel de 4 estrelas, esperava condições e conforto bastante superiores.

Recomendo que procurem outras opções antes de escolherem este hotel.

Sitio tranquilo, relajante, sin ruidos, un sueño hecho realidad.
Pros:

Ubicación excepcional. Fue una experiencia única estar entre medio del santuario y la basílica. El hotel espectacular, el trato de la chica que nos atendió increíble, muy atenta profesional y agradable. Volveremos muy pronto!!!

Podría retocar algunas cosillas balera esconchada, ventana con moho, algunas embellecedor de puertas rotos...en fin todo bien pero una reformilla si le haría .

Cenamos en el restaurante. Habia bastante gente y aunque fue un poco lento, no nos importó. Además el camarero nos pidió disculpas. La comida estaba buena
Hace años asistí a varias bodas de familiares en el hotel y me trajo gratos recuerdos.

Cons:

Quizás las ladridos del perro en la habitación contigua. Pero no fueron durante las horas de sueño.

Tired Grandeur. Very helpful staff on checkin.

Cons:

Some was too tired, shower head leaked badly and lighting in the bathroom was poor. A lot of noise from the facilities forcing you to keep the window closed.
